the most luxurious hotels in Al Khobar rooms are comfortable, clean and tidy food was excellent receptionists are friendly I recommended the hotel

I liked the entire stay, but the breakfast food selection could have been improved. They offer a common breakfast that isn’t enticing to eat. However, the staff is very professional and provides exemplary customer service.

I expected a five-star breakfast, but the selection was common and not impressive to me. I hope the chef changes the selection to satisfy the palate of customers like me. This hotel is five-star, so I expect the best and not below-standard food selection.

Parking ! Was outside, it’s hot. I rather have a closed parking area. It is a hustle to connect to the internet !!!! WHY SO complicated ! Seriously, it should be easy and quick for guest. I gave up and I used my phone hotspot. I called the reception but no one came up, even though I was promised.

Room was spacious, if old-fashioned in decor and it was clean

Needs a decent restaurant. AC fan in the room is very loud. I needed earplugs to sleep.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Even though I've driven past this hotel many times, it was actually better than I had expected. - The staff at the front desk were wonderful, very welcoming and attentive. -The room was a great size and was clean. -The location was perfect, right by the corniche and very close to many places in Khobar.

The quietness of the room, higher floor, the warmth of the staff, and the whole set up.

Staff very welcoming great location rooms very spacious breakfast selection was good. The cigar lounge around the pool that served sheisha was excellent(shame not outside though) Good off road parking with east access.

Would of given 10/10. However what let it down was the Internet. Had to keep the TV on to stay connected!!! So if one person wanted to sleep it affected the other. Also there was no small din light fit bathroom in night you had to put the full glaring lights on to see.

Bathroom ceiling leak. Strewn flower petals on the floor as part of housekeeping. Blankets are way too thin. Not a fan of automatic lights turning off and on

We stayed just two nights on a personal trip. I appreciate the courteous and friendly front staff. I'm not very proficient in Arabic so it was a pleasure to communicate in English. My husband and I were upgraded to a business suite with a wonderful view of the Corniche. The location is great. No challenges with transportation and a walking distance to the beach park. The facilities were spacious, clean, with toiletries and laundry items too. There was soft bedding and I watched all the news I wanted to on TV. The buffet dinner was a little pricey but well worth it and the room service dinner was great too. I would definitely want to stay there next time.

We visited during the Ramadan so we had to defer to the custom. The restaurant was closed at lunchtime. But this was just for the season so it is not too bad an experience.
