- Minor maintenance required with bathroom, toilet bowl and head shower. - A glass cup, liquid hand soap, body wash is needed in bathroom. - Soap holder is a must either in shower area or near the sink.

I spent four nights at the place and it was really lovely and calm. The location of please is amazing, it's just 5 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes walk to a hypermarket. The staff are also nice and great. Especially Rania, she was really helpful in many ways. I'm really thankful for her.

The interior of the room and doors are a bit outdated.

We were upgraded to an executive suit immediately. Early check in was allowed and the woman at the front desk was very welcoming and professional. The staff were polite and very friendly at all times.

The furniture requires updating.

I thank Ms. Ameerah for the excellent reception and cooperation, and I thank the hotel management for choosing such type of employees. Restaurant was good , service very good.

Hotel need renovation

location- very near to corniche Location was best Room was clean and big enough for a family of 4. Receptionist Ms. Amreen was very nice and kind, she was very helpful and assisted customers quickly, very fast at service and perfect to handle guest quickly. We would like to comeback to this hotel again.

breakfast is not good, very few items, must improve with more options.

I like the room location. We were at the side where the sea is on our front facing sunrise.

On our first night, there seems to have a loud music being played somewhere. But, generally, it's OK.

Bathroom is dated and needs to be more cleaner, house keeping staff also need an improvement

I missed my AirPods in my room and check-out. I called the property after 4 hours. staff found and kept it as safely. i got my AirPods back. thank you

There was only one towel in the washroom. Sufficient towels should be provided in a king suite for 2 persons. However everything was provided on request

The parking access only one way in and out, it is not good in emergency that time our vehicle were blocked by a laundry truck for almost 10 min
