The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff was wonderful. They were pleasant and accommodating. The front office manager Majid was particularly helpful. Reception, bell staff and housekeeping were great. The restaurant had a great breakfast. High quality and great variety. Their other offerings were delicious,well prepared and reasonable. The staff there was very friendly and accommodating. The exercise room was above average and the indoor pool was nice.

Awesome! We had enough experience to compare this hotel with other hotels which we visited not long ago, and this hotel wins with clean, nice, and well-maintained facilities, great employees. The personnel is exceptional , especially the General Manager Mr. Khalid Rushdi, restaurant employees:, for example , Mr. Zakir Huseyn, he was so hospitable, nice and supportive, and the wonderful chef, Mr.Rafat. The cleaning and maintenance personnel does the best job, and is very polite. We enjoyed our stay and will return if we are offered affordable rates. Good job, "Continent Al Waha"!

The beautiful ladies at the reception could improve their English skills a bit.

Staffs are friendly and helpful especially the concierge department and Ms. Hardeel (Receptionist) Makes you feel welcome! Management should keep these kind of employees. Restaurant Manager is nice. Waiter should at least know basic English. Food were a spread and delicious! Room are clean and huge!!! Very clean! Keep up the good work! And I will surely comes back to this Continent Al Waha Hotel!

The receptionist/Amany was supportive enough and facilitate the check in. As well the chief/ Rafaat is a professional and decent. The hotel is well maintained and clean .breakfast is included and open buffet of nice stuffs.all we liked .the room is spacious and well cleaned.I give the hotel 5 🌟 Thanks for all staff .

The fridge has some sweets and soft drinks which upon use you have to pay at checkout.this was not notified by any mean in the room or on Booking.but the staff and manager /Hessa were supportive and gave them as a compliment. They are ready to solve any issue to give you comfortable and pleasant stay.

the restaurant. Breakfast was very good, but the menu they have for lunch and diner is below average in terms of quality/taste/price. Rooms need some renovation, specially in the bathrooms. The mini bar was making loud noises as the AC did too.

Sometimes a small hotel with 3 star category can be quite promising. This hotel exceeded my expectations in all sense. Right from the location, to service and the friendly staff, it was a great experience. Though I am tough critic but trust me the hotel was very clean, there were so many amenities which even some branded hotels fail to offer. The meals were excellent I took half board plan and it was worth the rates they offered, dinner was fresh, hot and absolutely delightful however breakfast was tad low compare to dinner experience but it can be ignored. This is best hotel for people who like to save money and experience a good hospitality. I am definitely going to book it again for my next trip and highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast only needs to be improved. Hotel staff especially at reception were trying hard to communicate in English. But still they managed to understand and check-in was smooth.

The ease of access to different places is the best part of this hotel. The location makes it easy to get to so many other parts of Riyadh The breakfast is great. The rooms are comfortable

They made my bed only once a week. Despite putting out the card that shows "service please" it was ignored

. The Hotel is very good - comfy bed, nice design, luxurious room. The hotel is situated in the very center of Riyadh near king’s Fahd library- the masterpiece of modern architecture. Near the hotel There are lots of places to eat, some malls. The breakfast at the property is delicious made in Middle East style- lots of different snacks and variety of dishes. The perfect stay.

Central location at Olaya. Clean and comfortable breakfast. Staff was super helpful and spoke good English. There were some improvements happening at the hotel during my stay but I didn't hear a thing.

The rooms are excellent. The location is near the commercial center and is also near several amenities. The staff are very welcoming and courteous. The hotel transport is very convenient and affordable.. The breakfast is excellent.
