Everything was exceptional! And I would highly recommend people to go visit it! However, my only concern was regarding the AC. Once I open the AC, it starts to work beautifully and push a lot of cold air, then suddenly it becomes silent with no air coming out of it and the room gets dry and hot.. and it would continue to be like this until I close the AC and reopen it .. and the cycle continues.

This hotel has a great wifi signal and the staff is incredibly friendly, always wearing a smile. It's conveniently located near a large supermarket and numerous restaurants offering a variety of cuisines such as Japanese, burgers, pizza, breakfast, cafe, seafood, and shawarma. The best part is that these dining options are only a 1-2 minute walk away. Every time I stay at this hotel, I feel a sense of warmth and belonging, making it my second home.

Small room and the iron is not the best quality: it burnt my clothes, I had to bring my iron with me every stay.

- prices vary very much (465 SAR per night at the beginning, four days later the rate was 655 SAR) and price are generally on the more expensive side - further price increases would deter me coming back to Aber Al Takhassusi

The property was clean and modern, it was what I expected, 3 star basic hotel, Bed no Breakfast. I mainly choose it because it was close to King Faisal Hospital, could be cheaper nut the value for money was acceptable for the prices in Riyadh.

It is a basic 3 star hotel therefore, not much in terms of facility or services, there is no restaurant, only a café. I asked for laundry services but they said still not available. its a bit far from entertainment area and airport. However, its has restaurants and supermarket in same complex.

The location is in the heart of Riyadh, spacious rooms with Balcony for some fresh air in room. The staff is extremely supportive especially Mr. Saleem who cares to make the stay extremely satisfactory and he was great support during our stay. All the staff was friendly and very supportive. Unfortunately breakfast is not serviced in the hotel however lots of restaurants and large hyper market is within walking distance like few steps away from hotel entrance

The only thing that bothers me was that there is no sound insulation, I can hear everything happening outside and in the next room.

near to King Faisal specialist hospital

my father is old (85 years old) and a cancer patient. After checkout, he requested a car to deliver him to the airport. Unfortunately the receptionist told him that the hotel doesn’t offer any transportation although he could book a trip for him using Uber application! he went out @ 14:00 PM waiting for any car to pass !

its location and the modernity in addition to the good quality of amenities available

I didn’t like the following 1- reception people are not aware of Riyadh Marathon event that was ongoing and was able to provide helpful information 2-health Spa facilities aren’t taken care of and even doesn’t have any coach in addition they have low maintenance if they continue the same way they will be soon outdated and barely usable 3-entrance from parking directly to the Spa I didn’t feel it’s controlled in the best way although there are cameras but no staff to take care continuously 4-Steam room and Sauna wasn’t even ready for service 5-i asked receptionist to wake me up early and no one really make sure that I’m alerted 6-plugs in the room strangely enough were not supplying my chargers with enough electricity to charge my phone luckily I was having a portable charger

I loved the hotel, location was perfect, just near King Faisal specialist hospital, also the place is served well with just beneath the hotel you will find a speciality coffee, a supermarket and restaurants to have a nice dinner It was perfect for a very short stay that satisfied all our needs.
