The hotel is in a good location, making it easy to get a car/taxi to most everywhere in the north or central part of the city. The rooms were well maintained and cleaned and the breakfast was really great; well worth including in the booking to start of the day.

Just a small note: the pillows provided on the bed were very hard, so a bit uncomfortable for us. It took us a couple days to realise there were some softer pillows in the closet at the very top (we are very short, so they weren't immediately visible to us). Not a big deal, but might be helpful to know, if you find yourself looking for more pillows!

I stayed already few times. Its very convenient from the airport when you have a long layover. On my return the receptionist remembered me and welcomed me very friendly. I came back with my 2yo son and thats why he offered me more spacious and comfortable room without me even asking for it.

Breakfast options should be improved. As well some music in the breakfast hall will make it more cosy. More coffee options is a must. Wifi connection should be improved. Going up and down the hotel you need to reconnect to different networks and it makes delay.

The Very smiling, generous welcoming, the location, decoration, and furniture, all left my personal rating to the superb. For sure I will always consider and choose (Sama Inn Hotel) for my following trips to Riyadh or any where they are.

However and it might seam like personal preferences; the only 3 thing that made me rate it less than superb are: 1- The late Breakfast (in my opinion) (07:00AM), which I missed because I had to leave at 6:30 for an early morning work. 2- The lack of enough vehicle parking. 3- there was no hair dryer in the bathroom.

This is a new hotel at a strategic location in between the airport and the city centre. In spite of the 3* rating my room felt like 4*. The breakfast options are good for guests with Eastern taste. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Multiple fastfood options are available in the walking distance. Definitely recommended for a short business trip with meetings in the central and northern areas of Riyadh.

I was struggling with the WiFi. Seems like the connection was dropped by the router from time to time.

Rooms are quiet and well sound isolated. clean sheets with clean bathroom.

The pillows are very thick and with my neck ache it was hard to get asleep.. Towels are not enough white being old. I think they should be changed

rooms are very clean, all the room/lobby furniture is new and comfortable. Good location for business trip with car - near to the ring road. Many options for coffee/dinner near to the hotel. Very good breakfast.

Small window in the room, but for short trip it is OK.

Friendliness of the staff

There is construction works near the hotel which was bothering us in the early morning

Staff was very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel is within walking distance to a 24 hour grocery store, pharmacy, many cafes and restaurants. The hotel prices are also affordable. Due to the friendly staff I will be staying here again on my next visit.

the staff was very rude from the beginning started to asking personal questions as if there’s something wrong when I check out he asked me if I burned the mattress & I was genuinely honest by saying I don’t smoke & I’m here for work he asked again if I’ve seen it & I answered no he wasn’t convinced & walked away I’m very disappointed to say that about my favorite hotel but I hope you’ll get a better male staff next time.

I think it was overpriced. The room rate was double just because there was an event going on. I understand increasing the price a little, but not doubling it to what you’d pay in the US or Europe for a chain 5*. The other issue is the toilet didn’t have a new roll of toilet paper. There was an old one that was half finished (which I don’t think is hygienic to leave someone else’s used toilet paper roll, especially during covid) and they didn’t come to change it. I also didn’t like their toilet products. I think they were very poor quality
