We stayed for the Saudi National Day, requested for a room with a good view of the KAFD and kingdom tower, they were kind enough to grant our request and even upgraded our room. =) the Staff and Seven waiters are accommodating and responsive, the breakfast buffet is quite good with numerous variety of quality foods =)

there was a system glitch when we arrived but somehow they made a way to make our check-in convenient. Also, the indoor pool is clean but no thermal control it's quite cold.

clean , quiet , very comfortable bed . room generally very nice . also really liked that a big bowel of complementary fresh fruit was delivered to my room shortly after arrival ..nice touch especially as where I work in KSA , fresh fruit in any great variety is hard to get . Restaurant was also very good both for Dinner and breakfast that I bought separately after arrival

maybe just that the location at a highway junction was not in the vicinity of anything really within walking distance …but then again I only had one night

Faisal at the reception was very friendly and showing the kindness . Also mr. Mahmood the GM was very helpful .also ms. Renad at the coffee shop was very kind and professional. Also the welcoming by chief Sufian. A great team

The exit from the basment to the road was verry narrow for big cars. I called the hotel as i forget my toilet bag on same departure day and she asked for contact number to check and will call me back. But NO one called yet.

I booked 2 rooms through booking.com and when I arrived the hotel informed me that what is appearing in the system is one room only and if I want another room I should rebook with them. I told them that I’m worried booking would withdraw the amount of the other room booked through them. but they assured me marriot is the one managing withdrawals so I agreed . at midnight the extra amount was taken from my card because according to them ( I didn’t show up) i paid for an extra night now and waiting for the refund. Booking, get it together please.

the location was good and nearby all the attractive entertainment location for Al Riyadh season. The staff in the reception were very friendly (Asma, Naif , Faisal and Manal ) , very kind and helpful The restaurant staff were very exceptional in their treatment , kindness and pleasant ( Chef Sufiyan and Mohammed ) as well as the manager too . They treated us as very special with very nice treat . Room cleaning was up to the point and many thanks to Allen G for his nice decoration and roses

- I liked the high security in the building. The room card will only take you to your room were located in the floor. Will not accept to take you to different flors unless it’s shared floors like parking, gym, ground floor or rooftop. This will make your stay safe no strangers will come to your floor. Cameras everywhere. - I liked the room AC which made my stay perfect the AC is very responsive to your needs. - the sheets are very clean and the bellows are very comfortable. -the shower has strong volume which is a + with two shower towels 3 small ones 2 for hands. - this is the best TV screen i have ever seen in a hotel which made my stay perfect. - the staff brought me coffee bars as needed. Very fast delivery. - anything needed I found very quick response to send it to my room almost 2 minutes. Fastest staff ever!!!. - the room has perfect lighting made my night perfect i can chose which light to keep on and which one to switch it off separately which is a +. - the facilities stunning.

- I didn’t find shampoo when I arrived to the room but I found lotions and - the basement parking is very tight and i was afraid to hit the walls on driveways from floor to another floor. But the availability of parkings is huge. - other hotels may allow you to check out at 4pm as maximum but this hotel gives the maximum at 2pm.

Everything was more than perfect, the girl in reception was polite and calm she gave me everything I asked about. Even the services were so good, I recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to be in the center because everything is close to you.

Comfortable bad, good wi-fi, good breakfast, nice lounge restaurant, nice shower

I got a room connected to the other room. You can hear everything, a person in another room was watching movies and I couldn’t sleep. If you don’t need connected room, be sure to specify that you want normal room. There is no taxi and the hotel can not call it. Early morning you can not get Careem or Uber.

Less number of staff in common areas and Room Cleaning not done everyday until 2pm. Unheard of in a Marriott stature hotel.
