They extended my checkout time without any hassle Mr. Abdulaziz Fawaz immediately updated our door keys for late checkout which let me happy as i was expecting sine hard time.

Lightning should be changed really it is not reflecting as international standards. Specially in wash room it was quite dark beside that there was two color used Yellow and white it should be yellow all or white all there should not be mixture of lights it destroys the inner look of room.

Everything was great and it was a wonderful experience. All the staff members were respectful, helpful and flexible with the customers' needs. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The room design, cleanliness, TV channels and the city view were just amazing. The location is near to the most of Riyadh season places.

Parking entrance and exit are very narrow for an SUV, It will be a great luxury addition if there is a tanning bed in the health club since there is no outside pool (just a suggestion)

The room was spacious, and the hotel has a very adequate gym. Breakfast was good, and the location was very close to KAFD.

I was given a smoker room, even though I don't smoke. The staff was not very helpful and did not add any value to the stay.

The staff are super nice and helpful. The location is great. The rooms are nice and spacious. The food and variety was good.

The meeting/conference rooms need to be updated and the sound carries between the rooms. The rooms and restaurant could do with an uplift too.

- Location of the hotel is right on King Fahd Road accessible to anywhere in Riyadh. If you are travelling from Dammam. This is a good place to stay - The rooms are very spacious compared to many other hotels I stayed in Riyadh. Its one of the most spacious places in Riyadh.

- The furniture is not in good condition anymore and needs to be changed. The Hotel management needs to start considering this. - There was a wedding going on and one of the lifts were locked for the guests only. This caused a lot of stir because all of the lifts were used by the wedding guests causing a lot of delay going up or coming down using the elevator. - The parking spots are very slim so you have to be very careful when parking your car in the parking area.

Location did the job for me. The gym is excellent, well equipped and there are many people using it at the same time and it perfectly accommodate all of them.

The Pillows are really solid and not comfortable at all. I strongly advise the hotel to replace them with better and softer ones. I didn't not feel comfortable driving down to the car park in the basement. Large cars are not suitable for inside car park. However there are enough spaces outside, the land next to the hotel is empty and convenient to use.

room was amazing clean and nice set up bed was like a cloud so comfy! breakfast also good - could do with more English options staff were super friendly and helpful

I found it a little expensive but overall was a great experience for my first time in Saudi as a female British traveler

The ramp to the parking garage is too narrow. Unless you are a skilled driver you might end up scratching your car
