Nice room and Gym Breakfast is perfect

Requested a crib in the booking request itself and also during checkin, never got it, my kid slept on the couch. Room telephone shortcuts doesn't work so couldn't call front desk nor room service. Exact numbers arent mentioned anywhere so couldnt dial them in. Room cleaner would always remove 1 towel and leave 1 only for both of us for some reason. A studio for 2 has only 1 bath rob and 1 slipper. Funny smells in the corridor in front of the elevator, and in the parking B1

Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The room (and bathroom) had all the basic amenities we required, including complimentary water bottles which are a must in Riyadh. The Wi-Fi signal was great - we had no issues with it on our floor. The staff was extremely pleasant. The breakfast was good, but nothing fancy as in some other hotels. The coffee was okay, but not great. The closest location to the hotel is Riyadh Gallery Mall (reachable by foot in under 20 minutes) which has everything that you desire, and McDonald's (if you are in desperate need of a quick snack :))

There were no reliable USB charging ports next to our beds. There was one next to the working desk, but it sometimes did not work.

Staff were consistently excellent - welcoming, attentive and friendly. Pool: beautifully clean, beautifully warm! Attendant helpful and cheerful. Main restaurant very good; Distrikt cafe/restaurant had nice atmosphere and attentive staff, but food mediocre. Room comfortable if unspectacular, with comfortable bed and sofas.

Sanitary ware cheap and ill-fitted. Plastic loo seat slid about. Loo flush button half broken. Extending washing line in shower just pulled its anchor off the wall! Cheap toilet paper!

The location is excellent in Olaya in the heart of Riyadh. The room is big and clean. It has an iron, ironing board, safe, refrigerator, water heater, and two complimentary water bottles. The bed is comfortable (but the pillow is soft and may not be comfortable for some, but you may stack more than one pillow on top of each other). The staff are helpful and make you feel very taken care of (they called the room to check if everything is okay. They also called after the stay to make sure everything was okay). The breakfast buffet is top notch for a 4-start hotel. It had a good variety, and it was delicious (see the photos and the video). There's a live station for eggs. The price of the buffet is 50 riyals per person, if it is added to the hotel stay. The price of the accommodation is good for a 4-star hotel and considering the location.

The only thing that I did not like is that if you order food delivery from the delivery applications, the delivery person is not allowed to go up to the room, but rather the guest is required to come down to pick up the order. I had to order from outside because the room service prices are high.

Located in the middle of Riyadh - easy access to main business areas Beds & pillows are comfy, Room are super tidy & clean, has all the things you might need, coffee machine, tea station, ironing board and iron, all bathroom amenities that you could need round the clock quick service with a cafe with 24/7 service Staff are very helpful and friendly, great if it is your first time in the country

Price, but I did book a day before the trip

Room was really comfortable, staff very efficient and response to room service was very quick. The location is good but the traffic in the morning is a congested. Easy to find a taxi and minimum 2 min waiting time. There was a Starbuck oulet, so I could grab a coffee in the morning waiting for a taxi

My room. With a king size bed and a great view. The gym for my son and the rooftop swimming pool for us all. All the staff were very pleasant and welcoming with great attention to detail. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We made good use of the on site Distrikt Deli with inside and outside dining areas. My sons particularly enjoyed the sushi.

That as a woman, I was only allowed to swim art certain times.

Room service might be late to provide what you want. the reservation employee was not professional. food room service have mistakenly Not providing what I want for 2 times. I would suggest that they should be more careful in taking our comments for allergies and so, as food is very expensive by itself!!

I like the location of the Hotel. It was really the right place to relax specially if you choose the high floor rooms. You will have an amazing scene and you will love to take so many picture from your phone.

The path room in the standard even high room is small and even every thing in the toilet was small but so clean and brought. Hope if they use utilize bigger area from the same room and maximize the size of it and the the things inside it.

Really i have been enjoyed with my family at Centro Waha hotel. more respect for cooperative staff hope be in enshalla soon. lovely view pool vibes are good. wonderful breakfast. nice quiet cafe inside.
