I liked the hotel this was my second time the location is perfect the prices is good for the single room but I wish it around 450 sr not more than that so I could stay more.

I have some feedbacks I hope you take it into consideration. - the pillows and blanket must be softer and more comfortable my family and I had to ask for another one - if you could offer a bath robe in the closet - If you could offer a hair dryer in bathrooms or closet, I had to ask for it every time I stay in the hotel, and it comes unclean thank you so much

I stayed for 1 night. Loved their infrastructure and ambience. Staffs were very polite and humble. Lama the receptionist was very humble and friendly. Other staff Nizar and shakeer were helpful in arranging room and beverages. Hotel is near to city center and in ample location. Bathroom were clean n neat. Loved everything and will be definitely choice anytime I visit Riyadh.

The staffs are very nice and polite.

The only thing I didn't like was the parking space. It is very narrow. If you're not an experienced driver, I suggest not to use the parking as the scratches on the sidewalls shows how many cars touched it, especially if you're driving a large SUV.

the facility is nice, the staff is very friendly and welcoming guests.

The bathroom needs improvement, it has no boundaries in the shower area which makes the water flowing in the whole floor. The sink is not that practical as it has automatic tap and small sink which the water almost flooded.

I was so impressed with the polite receptionist manner, so amazed that the hotel is environment friendly and conscious about water usage. I really loved the little note on the bathroom about how we all should be aware of using water wisely to save our planet. I will surely go back to this hotel again. How is the staff welcome you at the reception and the welcome coffee as well is amazing! the rooms are perfect and the view considering the location is good.

It's the parking area this time with a new comment for the hotel management to consider, the big windows in the room make the room so hot, maybe you need to consider tinting the windows to reduce the high temperature going inside the room.

Hosam at the reception was very nice and respectful and yes I would recommend this hotel because of its location and its atmosphere.

the only thing that I didn’t like was the hair dryer because they don’t provide it where you have to ask for it.

Noisy car noise. Some of the furniture in the rooms needs regular maintenance

Any time I visit Riyadh, I stay in this hotel .. its clean, easy to access , private parking late check out

Music noise from the hotel lounge if you stay in first 3 floors.
