service is very slow we have to call many times to get what requested for we see they give Saudi coffee to everyone but that person ignored us no nearby grocery

Very spacious and pleasant hotel. With large areas and multiple offers. Food diversity: - Wildfire Restaurant - Mr. Jones was very welcoming and the Brazilian rodízio was great! - Mosaique Restaurant - Mr. Eazzy was very professional and friendly, showing me the wonderful buffet that is available! The hotel has multiple facilities: beautiful outdoor swimming pool; tennis and basketball courts; very complete health club; between others. This hotel is truly an amazing solution for families and individuals.

Everyone is effortlessly welcoming at the Crowne Plaza and the service and standards are always outstanding. From that first cup of Arabic coffee to the exceptional attention to detail in my room, I always know I am going to have an enjoyable stay. Breakfast offers multiple choices of delicious hot/cold food and served by attentive friendly staff who understand you are keen to get on with your day. I would like to mention Khawar who was particularly efficient and helpful.

I put a number of silk scarves in for dry cleaning and when they were returned the cleaning was not to the standard I have come to expect. This was disappointing.

Clean, spacious, well designed and modern standard room with a great comfy bed, good tv, great bathroom size, shower and tub, good fridge and coffee machine. Snacks and drinks provided. Good view and excellent location. Great staff. Thanks to Ms. Tahani from reception for being kind and helpful. The Quara Robot that delivered food was a fun and interesting touch. Thanks for a great experience and I hope to return in the future!

Location of the hotel is the best, right next to the Pier 7 and Marina Mall. Breakfast is good and facilities of hotel, like pool, are good.

Room is small for two persons, and there is no room in the wardrobe for clothes. The AC blows directly over the bed.

Valet, Reception, food in room and out, Room (size, beds, cooling, toilette), room service, housekeeping, facilities are all outstanding. I am v. Happy to find a hotel with such standards in Riyadh. Thank you Crown Plaza RDC

A little bit overpriced, but after my upgrade it bacame worth it

The hotel is so quiet and clean, as well as there are good options for restaurants. Also the gym includes most of tools that one could need. Moreover, there are variety of cafes, restaurants, and shops just five minutes away by car.

Reception staff were lovely and friendly, room clean and good size breakfast hale were huge

It’s fare way from central area No smoking room was available No balcony or outdoor restaurant to smoke no enough bell boys at gait , only one staff to help with car parking which make you wait for your turn

A Great stay, Reception team were all great , check in person at mid night shift was prefect , supporting and welcoming attitude was amazing Room was very comfortable , and convenience for business visit to Riyadh. Lobby and facilities looks amazing, staff really helpful and nice m very close to famous resultants and cafes ( UWALK )

The best thing in the hotel was Tahani the receptionist , she was very polite and cooperative and she made our visit more comfortable.. I will stay at the crown plaza hotel every time I come in Riyadh because of the great hospitality that Tahani has showed us
