Excellent value for the price. It's a motel, so not the Ritz, but it has everything you need. I highly recommend an upgrade if you're staying more than one night, as the better rooms have a microwave and good sized fridge ( not the mini fridge better hotels have). Dunkin is right next door for your daily coffee and breakfast, no need to drive. Parking is right in front of your room if you're on the ground floor, very convenient. The Natick Mall is within walking distance, Target, Walmart, and many restaurants are a short drive away. The property is right on the Mass Pike, and a few minutes from Route 9.

The housekeeping staff is not very friendly. For longer stays, coin-op laundry facilities would be awesome. The bathroom is very small, but the sting sink is separate, so perfect for 2 people. Everything was clean, but the bathroom was showing its age. Our faucet was dripping and they couldn't fix it, that was odd. They offered us a different room, but we didn't want to move. During rush hour, it can be very hard to leave the premises because it's on Rt. 30, next to the I90 ramp. Plan ahead.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, not quite as wonderful as a Marriot but I slept well. Pillows were comfortable. Interesting sink. I like sinks and the counters out of the toilet/ shower area, which it had. Good size t.v. Great location- short drive to rte.9, Speen, rte 135 hop off and on Walking distance to Dunkin Donuts

A.c was a tad noisy. The view is a parking lot. A table would work better with a 2nd chair instead of desk.

This hotel has EXCELLENT location! It is right next to the highway and cannot believe it takes less than 30 minutes from airport! The room is surprisingly big, plenty of room. You can have a dancing party for sure! My room is right next to the highway, and I was a little bit concerned. But it turned out a perfect night with no highway noise at all. The room is extremely clean. Definitely come back if I go to Brandeis University next time!

We've never stayed at a Red Roof Plus before - but we've never traveled with a doggie before either! We arrived tired and late, but the front desk receptionist was very kind and welcoming, helping us get extra sheets and towels. The room was pristinely clean, which is more important to us that sumptuous furniture and amenities. The comforters, pillows, and linens were nice, though the towels were a little thin. The bed was comfy, and the kind suite was incredibly spacious. We liked having the coffeemaker in the morning and Dunkin Donuts just next door.

Fluffier towels would have been nice, but the ones we had were clean and serviceable.

It was a very good spot and everyone was very friendly and respectful as well would recommend the red roof in to anyone who is looking for a place to get some rest

The room was spacious. The toilet was clean. However, I expected daily cleaning which didn't happen. Also, all the cleaners spoke a lunguage I couldn't understand so we failed to communicate.

cleaning should be at least every other day. I stayed for 5 nights without cleaning

Room was clean, bed comfortable, lighting was good in my room

shower curtain rod was loose so shower curtain did not stay shut. had to hold it closed while showering, and entire bathroom got wet as a result.

The room was spacious, clean, with a refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker that make comfortable in room self prepared breakfast, snaks or dinner.

was expensive for a motel( one day was a Thursday, the second -the Friday before the LanborDay weekend). Couldn’t open the window to get fresh air. When ould be desirable to have better phonic insulation between rooms.

My daughter lives in Natick and when I come to visit her I don’t need anything fancy; just a room that is convenient to her apartment. The Red Roof Inn+ is just that place.

What you see is what you get. It’s a simple room at an affordable price that is conveniently located. No breakfast. No pool. Just a room.
