The staff was very friendly and did anything in their power to make my stay as confortable as possible. The hotel was spotless and the room, bathroom and the kichinette spacious, with a ketter and coffee machine - though a very good coffee you could get for free at any time in the lobby as well. As the hotel was recently open, everything was new and still smelling as new😊. The location was perfect, very close to lots of interesting shops, market, bakery and cheese shop (fromagerie) - just at 5 minutes walk, also Carrefour very close by. The metro station St Cyprien is 200 meters away and you can have a very nice walk on the St Pierre bridge (with beautiful views over Garonne river and nice sunset) , which is 100 meters away...

Breakfast was great. Room was comfortable. Felt very safe. Good location, close to bridges and metro. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked with equipment. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. The room is a bit smaller than you might think - the bed is a "Murphy" bed (a pull down bed) which converts to a sofa. So the photos make it look a bit bigger. Having said that - the room was plenty big for a single traveler.

Fire alarm went off on my last night. I didn't hear it. Slept right through an evacuation. The receptionist made a joke about "a deep sleeper". Thats not actually very funny - shouldn't there be a policy that means you account for everyone staying in the hotel in the event of a fire?

Excellent location and still very quiet (except for rooms in upper floors with windows toward the backyard where you hear the noise of the air conditionings and big fans). Very friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Coffee available 24h.

The two TV screens in the breakfast room are optically and acoustically disturbing and completely superfluent since every room has its own TV. In addition to the two TVs which run on low sound there is a radio playing some music, that is, you do not hear either channel correctly and all these three sources of noise are 100% counterproductive. They destroy the atmosphere of the breakfast room which would be very lovely otherwise.

This is a new hotel. Excellent wifi, perfect location next to the river, very friendly staff who helped me on various issues and suggested eating places or running paths, my room was comfortable, extremely quiet and with lots of light (as I requested), the kitchen was fairly well equipped, with a full fridge and induction cooktop. The laundry room was clean.

There was an issue when I arrived but the hotel handled it so it did not impact my rating. I simply hope the issue will not arise again.

The location was perfect right next to the bridge across from old town, easy 10 minute walk over the bridge to get to the center. Breakfast was rich, they had pancakes, eggs, croissants, juices etc. Coffee machine available throughout the day at the lobby. Very clean facilities and appartment very well equipped if you want to cook. Metro station, restaurants and supermarket all within 5-10 minute walk.

Only suggestions would be to add some vegetables at breakfast. Also my room did not have an oven but I didn't really need it.

We stayed for two nights. Welcome was friendly and although we've arrived a bit before the check-in time, there was no problem. We took up an offer of a terrace for an extra fee, and it was so enjoyable to have coffee and meals outdoors, watch the city and the sun set/ sun rise from there. The main room was spacious with a good layout. Bed very large and comfortable. Lots of storage. Two small tables with seats meant we each had our own space. Air conditioning was easy to adjust and worked quietly. The bathroom was comfortable, shower large with a good water pressure. Location was fantastic. We walked everywhere. The bridge was pedestrianised for the season so there was very little vehicular traffic in the area. Loved the stay.

Nothing major, just a few tips - would be great if a kitchen towel and a sponge for wasching dishes were available, also a couple of hooks or a rail to hang wet towels.

An excellent apartment with modern facilities. The kitchen was large and adequately furnished; microwave, dishwasher, four ring hob, extractor fan. Had a table to sit at and eat and a small desk area if required. The sofa was very comfortable with a large television. The bed was large but comfy. Plenty of storage space if required. More than enough towels supplied. The bath was very deep and there was a seperate toilet. Everything looked very new. There were two doors in the bedroom, one to the lounge and one out to the hallway, where the bathroom and toilet were located. There was the facility to pre-book a parking space, highly recommended as there are not many, and this was directly located under the hotel with a lift straight up to the rooms.

The location was not great if walking around at night however you were close to one of the bridges across the river, to the old town and this was a popular route. The only one point I would raise is there are two lifts available on each floor but only one goes down to the parking area.

Everything was spotless, lovely comfortable bed, quiet apartment, nicely equipped kitchen and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Secure parking and the location excellent for going into the city centre, getting the metro or tram, lots of bars and restaurants nearby etc etc. Oh and there's a self-service laundry!

The light switch to the bathroom was behind the door which was awkward. Instructions about how to use the hotplate, microwave and air conditioning would have been useful. A soft closing toilet seat would have been nice too!

The property was in a great location and walkable from lots of sites. The breakfast (which we paid to add on) was very good in terms of quality and choice. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet so I had a good night’s sleep. I also really liked that water and coffee were complimentary as it saved lots of the plastic waste that I often see in hotels.

I thought I had seen a roof terrace on the pictures but it wasn’t mentioned to me at check in and I couldn’t find it so I thought I must have been mistaken. If it had mattered to me too much, I would have asked but I ran out of time for sitting on the terrace anyway. Perhaps would be good to mention though when checking in.

Location was great! Walkable distance to the city centre, university, bakeries and restaurants. And if you're not into walking, cost for ubers and taxis were very reasonable. The accommodation itself is still so new, modern, clean and super safe. Really liked how the doors require swipe access to get in and out after a certain time. We stayed in a twin room and didn't cook there but the studio was fully set up if you wanted to. Spacious, lots of storage and liked the separation of the bathroom space to the sleeping area. Makes all the difference after a long haul flight (we travelled from Sydney). Staff were amazing, too! Could receive extra towels etc on request and they were super helpful when trying to get to places. Totally recommend! You won't be disappointed 😊

Only one thing (not major) comes to mind. Really wished the fan in the bathroom worked. Should point out that we didn't raise it either so really, no dramas.
