Breakfast was great and the location was great

The elevator needs fixed, thought there was something sketchy about it when I first got in it. My brother happen to be at the same location and he and his wife were stuck in the elevator and could not get out, until he called me then we had to pry the door open. Guy at the front desk said he had to go flip the breaker, it does this all the time, I think this needs fixed permanently.

The location was perfect - it was easy to get to all of our destinations. The bed was very comfortable. Clean! Staff was very friendly & helpful. Big bathroom with “slip proof tiles” and walk-in shower with bench seat (“disability room”).

We had trouble keeping the shower head in one spot - adjustable clamp needs to be replaced, likely. It would move with the water pressure & slide down, getting the floor wet. Suggestions (not necessary, but would be helpful): put a hook by the shower for towels so they won’t get wet. Also, put a small table in the room to play games on.

Breakfast was wonderful, attendants were friendly and kind, hotel was quiet and near restaurants. I would have liked for the location to be closer to more restaurants or to the 100 mile highway sale but the travel was not too far.

location could have been better but overall a great experience

The hotel staff at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. The room was nice and roomy and clean.

The hotel was marked down in cleanliness because there was something on the floor - from the door to the elevator. It wasn't cleaned up, even a couple of hours later when we came back from eating. It was water or it would have dried and gone away. This left spots on the floor. I also am not a fan on staying in hotels that keep dogs, so I was surprised to see a collie in the lobby "checking in" with owner. Maybe spots on floor were from the dog?

Nice place to stay, great location, clean rooms, and comfy bed! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Jerry and Sherry at the front desk were wonderful and such a great pleasure. I did not have the chance to eat the breakfast that was provided, but the dining area was full of people enjoying it.

The breakfast was the exact same both days we were there, would love to see some variety.

The beds are they hardest beds I have ever laid on in my entire life. We couldn't get any decent sleep at all. Other than that we really did enjoy our visit.

Excellent location, right off the highway and close to restaurants.

The elevator was not working properly so we had to use the stairs which wasn’t a problem for us but may have been for others.

Awesome location in the southern Tulsa area. Right off two major thoroughfares, yet remaining a quiet little oasis.

Desk person she was amazingly nice. Room was nice, very noisy though did not sleep well but it was people making noises in the middle of night breakfast was awesome.

The breakfast was as expected but could have stayed available longer, like at least 10 am.

There could have been bottled water in the room. Also a shuttle service would have been helpful. To get a taxi would have been a $35 minimum to go any where I wanted to go because it was out of the city limits. So I made friends with my hotel neighbors and tagged along with them to the event I came for and dinner. They were a blessing!
