The location is great, lost of stores and places to eat around - the breakfast was great, better than most of the other places I have stayed at recently, lots of verity and it was good. I appreciated the staff as well, the people who I checked in with were very friendly and talkative and I like that.
The carpet felt a little yucky, not sure why, but was disappointed in that. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay in. I stayed in a room when I returned on the 27th and I enjoyed that the shower had the shampoo, conditioner and bath soap in there, love that feature.

The location was excellent. Lots of parking. The rooms were attractive.
The internet did not work for us. This was extremely inconvenient. The breakfast needed attention. The eggs were dry and overdone. The oatmeal would have made wallpaper paste. It was extremely unappetizing. There was no attendant nearby from whom we could get help. There needs to be outlets on both sides of the bed for charging phones. The bed is too high for short people.

9/1/21 - I had a late check in at 10pm, we were staying close to a surgery center where I had surgery the next morning. The lady who checked us in was refreshing, welcoming and kind. Exactly what I needed after my long drive. She wished me luck on my surgery, gave me all the information on the yummy breakfast I unfortunately could not partake in, and was very quick to check me in. The room was quite large, bed very comfortable, view nice, and shower large with good pressure.

the rooms need a little more fixing up to match their updating. the walls and especially where the toilet paper rolls hangs, it was sliding out of the wall. it didn’t bother us non just a review.

Loved the nice, roomy & clean room/bathroom. Good location with restaurants all around the hotel. So glad the hot breakfast is back! Enjoyed our stay!
Would be nice to have our coffee in glass/china cups. The paper cups doesn't give the coffee a good taste.

The location was perfect! Behind all of the shopping areas, and it felt very safe and comfortable!
Bed was a little too soft, felt pretty used and the pillows were very, very flat.

I really like the location. Not only is it close to family, my husband was able to walk to get a hair before a wedding.
