The room was lovely and spacious and we loved the timbered, sloped ceiling. The bathroom was very spacious and clean and lots of lovely hot water. The staff were very kind and accomodating. We checked in very late at night but the staff are available at the desk 24/7.

The beds were quite short! We are both 5ft2", so not a problem, but not sure how a taller person would feel??

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable. They kindly stored my luggage after I had checked out. The location is close to the station, buses, the Seine. Lots of good cafes and restaurants around too.

I knew there was no air-conditioning but with the train station next door it was too noisy with the air-conditioning open and the fan was very old and rattly.

Staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast room was nice and included outside terrace for warmer weather. Good location for gare de Lyon. Cheerful area with lots of students around and places to eat.

Furniture in the bedroom was a bit shabby. Road was noisy but there was double glazing so it was quiet when the window was shut

Close to metro station and arena. Very comfortable beds. Clean.

If you get 4th floor there's no way to take a shower cause it's like attic with beams of the roof sticking out. Banged our heads even getting out of bed. Only 2 electrical outlets, uncomfortable to charge phones

The staff member on duty at reception was extremely kind when I booked at checked in at 2am after being stranded at Bercy bus station due to a faulty ticket. They actually had no twin rooms left, what I had booked, but I was upgraded to a double at no additional cost. The staff member also helpfully suggested I could extract a refund from the bus company for my stay and provided me with an invoice to do so. I stayed only a few hours owing to getting in very late and having to take a replacement trip home the next morning, but the bed was comfortable, the bath water hot and there were toiletries provided. Everything was extremely clean.

Some furnishings were a little worn, and the plug in the bath leaked, but everything else was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very good for the price. The metro is right outside the door, which goes directly to the Eiffel Tower. The check-in and parking of the car was uncomplicated. I also liked the breakfast. The room was fine, but a socket in the bathroom and next to the bed would have been an advantage. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

We arrived very late and didn’t need to use any amenities but the hotel room was comfortable if a little warm. The staff were amazing and very friendly and accommodated our very late arrival would recommend for a short stop especially if using for public transport major rail links and coach link round the corner.

For what we needed the room for nothing, it was clean and comfortable

I didn’t get a room with bath tub which was confirmed:( and I always book hotels with bath tubs

Everything is perfect, big kitchen which is u have to share it with other people and there are bunch of restaurants and supermarkets around the area and easy to get transport ( bus, tram or train) to airport and to main train stations.

No towels at all , you have to bring your own towel. 😂🤷🏾‍♂️

The staff is very nice and friendly. Good service. Large spacious stylish hall. I liked that the room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed))

I didn't like that in room 305, where I lived the tap above the bathtub was broken ((
