Food was not great 🤨

Very good location if you want to go to Portaventura, plus it's just a 10-minute walk to the beach. Friendly staff. Good, varied food. A very nice addition was the Nespresso coffee maker in the room, although the set was only for two people and the room was for three. A great solution is the showers besiade the luggage storage for people with late flights.

Very noisy in the room from the corridor. The doors should be better soundproofed. From 6 AM, you could hear children running in the corridor and slamming doors. As for the latter, door dampeners would be helpful. We always request a room on a higher floor for more quiet, but this time there was a surprise from the corridor.

Super clean, great staff, good food, close to the boardwalk/beach. We would like to give a special mention to the staff (from cleaning, entertaining, reception, restaurant) as they were all exceptional.

The entertainment. The shows were great, but the sound was too loud. Our initial room was on the left side of the hotel, right above the stage. Mini disco was from 21:00-22:00, followed by a show from 22:00-24:00. And the music was too loud, up on the third floor you felt just like next to the stage. We requested the room to be changed as it was impossible for our 2 year old daughter to sleep and the staff was great and changed it the next day. The food was good, but the options are very much thought for British guests, especially for breakfast. There are other options, of course, but mostly fried sausages, eggs and such

The balcony was small, needed to stand up above concrete panel to see pool view Having to book spa was a little restricting whilst on holiday but very easy to plan around remember to bring swim hat on holidays or can buy at spa €3 Latpe check out was considered by hotel on day of check out but unable to accommodate as fully booked so do not depend on this as guaranteed option to avail of if you have a late flight and need to stay longer than 11hrs in room Hotel is at edge of the strip not at all far to walk to main strip but maybe difficult for those with young family, disablities or aged

Staff were outstanding and very welcoming and helpful. The food was fabulous with lots of choice. Location to restaurants and public transport was ideal. Portaventura was walking distance. In summary we had a fantastic holiday. Our children are 17 and 15. They also highly rated this hotel

Two suggestions I'd make. The rooms were in need of painting. Alot of marks on the walls both in the rooms and the hallways. I would also like a kettle in the room

My husband & I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was a lovely hot, sunny trip. The hotel was a wow downstairs. Food was lovely so much variety. The room was good, spacious bedroom, bathroom, & balcony. We were in a room that was close to the stage but couldn't see much. We had a lovely pool view. Facilities were great, I loved they had an activity board for adults & children. You could tell that the staff really cared. We would love to come back. & the location to the theme parks was amazing. Not far to the town either.

Pool tables were a little worn out but still worked. Our glasses in a room didn't get changed, but we made it work.

Location is good, staff were pleasant, room a good size with a pool view & a bath, breakfast and dinner had a good choice, bed comfy, indoor pool good, outdoor pool freezing, entertainment was ok

Noisy rooms on a few nights with people arguing. Moved room and all was fine. Cocktails were rubbish, draught not the nicest, shorts were the best.

Breakfast was very good. facilities were well taken care of. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Pool closing times were too early 18:00 or 19:00 hour. Why? we could not enjoy the pool because of this schedule. It would have been nice to know this information upfront. The spa needed reservations and the spa pool required to wear a swim cap but this information was not clear on the signage. Attendant was getting upset at people coming in because they were not wearing a swim cap. That spoiled our visit to the spa.

Absolutely everything, from the reception to the spa, the kids area, the room, pool, all 5 stars.

The treatment that the main bartender in the morning shift gave me 2 days in a row. He was rude and unpolite without any reason. I didn't even have to say a word and he'd already be rude to begin with, just because we had the 'audacity' to stay in front of the bar at 9:50, not knowing that "HE starts at 10"...

Rooms were spot on and nicely made up upon request. Food was good. Good facilities and pool. Good location to access Portaventura and the beach.

Paying 1.90 for bottled tap water at dinner was a bit of a con. In such warm climates, water should be more readily provided - especially that you're paying for the service overall.
