The hotel is well positionsed, near Porta Ventura park, it has great animation, the team there is really good at this and the food is good, much better than we expected. Also the staff in the restaurant is really nice, very helpful and professional. We really liked the food and the diversity they had.

I guess they could improve some things for a 4* hotel. The rooms are not very well maintainted, it is outdated and pretty small for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Then, being a hotel with pools, they need to have people that would constantly clean the pool area, the bathrooms near the pool. I cannot descirbe how awful the bathrooms were looking. I would say that this not acceptable anyway and less for a 4* hotel.

A very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Mark at the reception assisted in booking the park tickets as it was in Spanish . The food was delicious not to mention the hotel location is ideal; 10 min walk to the beach and 15 min walk to PortAventura World and Ferrari land which we toured. The room was spacious and cleanliness is top notch. I got surprise bottle of champagne when I came back to the room and that just crowned my birthday. We had a fabulous holiday and stay at Ohtel villa Romana

Kids club should have a door that children can’t come out without parents. I left my daughter there and after 20 min she followed me in the room on 5th floor, luckily I was in the room. I was shocked since I had signed her in and noted that she can’t go out alone.

The room was roomy and comfortable it was helpful having a fridge to keep drinks cool in and the air con was decent and good at keeping us cool at night. The shower was okay it could have a better shower head but it did the job.

Only thing I didn't enjoy too much was the lunch and dinner selection there was plenty of side dishes (chips potatoes veggies) but not a lot in the means of a main meal other then pork and fish and tiny slices of pizza, I feel it could do with a chicken dishes (Fajitas, Chicken Kiev's, Chicken goujons etc.) Also drinks are not included in lunch and dinner (Breakfast have plenty of juices and hot drinks) I feel it could benefit with having some water available rather then having to buy a drink everyday.

Hotel was lovely. Staff very friendly and location was brilliant if you are going to Portaventura. This was our main reason for visiting.

The best quality-price ratio, in a great family hotel. Good and varied food, it's great that you can chose the half board - lunch or dinner. A lot of fun for the kids - indoor and outdoor games, animation, pool, mini-aqua park, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, party, etc. The stuff is very kind and polite. Port Aventura and Ferrari Land are just 15 minutes walk.

The every-night party ending too late (23 h), very noisy.

We rested with children. Nice big pool, which is enough for all holidaymakers. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach on flat terrain (no strong slopes), so it was comfortable. The food is excellent, you can choose for every taste. Vegetables, fruits, yogurt, ice cream, etc. The food was fried, boiled, steamed, cooked in the oven. The only thing is that drinks are not included in lunch and dinner. The slides and the water playground were fun for the kids. There were also entertainment for children and adults. The room is not big, but everything you need is there. Cleaning is carried out daily, if you do not need cleaning you can refuse. We left in the evening so we were able to arrange a late check-out on the spot and it was not expensive - 30 euros. We also had lunch at the restaurant. The staff is very friendly, ready to help with any question. Each room has a balcony with table and chairs and a clothes dryer. The room has a small fridge and TV. The air temperature can be adjusted to suit your comfort. I liked it very much.

You can include drinks at lunch and dinner (at least water). For dinner, there is no way to buy a tea in the restaurant, for this you need to go to another restaurant in the same hotel. There is no lock on the bathroom door and the door was slightly in need of repair

Lovely and clean and everybody was polite and helpful - the entertainment team were exceptional and work so hard

Took my grandson and as no balls or inflatables allowed in the pool he struggled to make friends initially but after a day or two he played football in the park and made friends that way

Had breakfast and dinner, will not be left hungry as there were many options to choose from. Could be more chose of main meals for children otherwise no complains. Location is perfect walking distance to all parks and beach. The swimming pool perfect for both children and adults. There are water slides for children what kept them busy. Every evening some shows and during the day time the hotel staff did some games. It was fun. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was cleaned every day however the floor was cleaned only partly.

pool is great, food good, staff excellent and fun.

the family rooms are a little tight.

Beautiful big, clean hotel. Excellent location,10 min walk to theme park and 10 min to beach. Very child friendly. Loads of fabulous choice for breakfast and dinner

Only 2 small negative things - you had to pay for water at dinner time (€2.50 a bottle) and there was no tea/coffee facilities at dinner time.
