David is the perfect host, so charming, helpful and always providing useful information. The breakfast is very tasty and flexible and the baked goods are delicious! There is coffee, water and sweets in the gorgeous lobby! Our room came with a coffee machine, a stove, fridge, microwave - so everything you could need and wish for. Main attraction, besides the comfortable bed, was the fireplace, that worked easily and provided a cozy and romantic atmosphere!! Our stay was perfect and we will come back without hesitation and can HIGHLY recommend Admiral‘s Landing and it‘s perfect host David

Well appointed, comfortable and very clean room. Complimentary breakfast included, microwave, minifridge, coffeemaker with coffee included. Dishes, glasses, mugs and silverware included. Gas fireplace and heat/cooling controls in room. Also, free parking provided. Hosts David and John were very welcoming, accommodating and on premises and available 24/7.

I thought the location was very good and close to commercial street. The breakfast was very good. There was a good variety of things to choose from and the pastries I looked forward to each morning. Dave was kind enough to make me a special pastry my first morning because the one he was making had something in it that I could not eat. I appreciated that extra effort on his part and the quiche he made me was scrumptious! My room was perfect, very clean and three large windows that made it very very bright which I like. A very pleasant room to relax in!

We were so very warmly welcomed by the owners. The daily baked goods were a wonderful treat. The bed was so comfortable I wish I could have taken it with us but the fantastic memories will stay with us forever! Cheers.

The Admiral Landing was the most charming little bed and breakfast. Our room was cozy and the bed was super comfortable. We were able to walk to everything that we wanted to do. The homemade muffins in the morning were amazing.

Great location, comfortable. Enjoyed meeting other guests staying there. David and John, the hosts and property managers were wonderful and welcoming and always attentive of any concerns or questions.

Our room was awesome; clean, comfortable and decorated well. Location was very convenient to the restaurants and shops. Breakfast was great....the scones were awesome. Our host was attentive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Admiral's Landing was lovely! The gentleman who worked the front desk was so kind and helpful as well. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for accommodations in Provincetown!

David’s welcome by introduction to their beautiful property and introduction to the local community and what it offers off season. His warm homemade morning baked goods are another extra personal treat.

Very clean, great location and nice staff. Baked goods that were served for breakfast were amazing.

I do wish they cleaned the rooms each day but I think that option will be available soon. Price is not cheap but about standard for that time of year.
