Food was mediocre but decent. Best part of the experience was the lady server named "Asma" with upbeat attitude, genuinely people personality, and contagious smile. She will best serve your organization in a Management position, provided properly trained and given the opportunity to excellent. And this is coming from a retired veteran in Top Management within the high end hospitality facilities. I hope and trust you would afford her the opportunity she well deserves. You may be pleasantly surprised. We will surely return to stay with you during our next visit!

There was not anything that we disliked.

I love the fact that Jojo was very helpful the first time I met him at the complimentary breakfast room. My 3 kids love him because he treated them so well. I requested for a late check out because I was a reward member and even though I booked my reservation through a third party, I was happy that Wellah, a Customer Care rep in coordination with Jojo accommodated my need. Also, the lady at the breakfast, Asma, was outstanding. She was checking up on us and helping guests whenever they needed help.

I didn't like the fact that my telephone wasn't working. Also, my coffeemaker didn't work either. It wasn't a big deal for me because I actually didn't need them.

The property had a great location! It was clean and well staffed. The employees were professional, accommodating, kind and helpful! Fresh kosher and Halal food was made available to us by Asma. The front desk woman was quick to provide us with additional fresh linens without any hassle although it was late evening. Service was rendered with a smile! I will definitely stay here again!

The pool was under construction and a 3rd party company didn’t inform us.

The staff was exceptional! Beautiful people! Check in was easy, whenever needed new sheets it was given without an issue, I left my keys in the hotel room they replaced them with no issues, and they’re very nice with kids. For breakfast there were bonuses. Fresh croissants, cookies, banana smoothie.

I was on the second floor and heard whoever was walking upstairs very clear. I guess it’s more for the architect lol not the hotel.

The location was convenient. Place was very clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable.

I stayed on the second floor and unfortunately a family with children stayed above me and at night and early in the morning we heard a lot of stomping and running back and forth. It was aggravating especially at 7:00 in the morning.

The room was comfortable and quiet. I was pleased with the amenities as I utilized both the swimming pool and the fitness center during my stay. In addition, the complimentary breakfast had many items to choose from and was a great way to start off my day.

The location was the only thing I was not happy with. It was a bit of a drive to get to restaurants and shopping centers. However, it was located right off the highway so it only took a minute for me to get back out and travel to my next destination.

SUPERB!!! DO NOT believe anyone giving this place less than 5stars or 10/10. The rooms are MASSIVE! Our rooms were larger than NYC apartments!!! Clean rooms, bathrooms, comfy beds, microwave and fridge?!?! What?!? And they have a pool! Breakfast was great, front desk was helpful. I highly recommend . Very good stay, we will return. I’ve gone to 50 countries, I know a thing or two about hotels. This place, as long as they maintain their renovations like this, will see me yearly.

No complaints.

The stay was comfortable and we enjoyed it. We as a family stayed at your hotel for my mom's 90th. We all really enjoyed the breakfast - lots of choices and the breakfast server was a real sweet woman and wanted to make sure everything was very good for us. I really liked that you had Dove hygiene products - my favorite!

The hallways and the rooms needed a scent refresh. They smelled a bit stale.

Great selection for us to spend the holiday with our family.

The noisy guests above me but the staff addressed it and I was able to enjoy my stay. Quiet time was posted and the staff ensured that the directive was met by the guests.

The staff was absolutely fantastic, everyone made sure we were taken care of. The breakfast was really good as well. The people who run the hotel would bring around extra food to see if we wanted any and also made us smoothies both mornings.

There was nothing that we did not like.
