The location-the villa was super nice, We also enjoyed the pool both indoor and outdoor & the basketball court.

It would've been helpful to know that its a limit on the number of devices that can be used for the wifi & after 4 devices you have to pay.

The location was good and amenities was okay. The apartment furniture was outdated but i was okay with that. The back porch was a plus. Nice price.

No one knows it as poconco villa resorts, not even the checkin staff at Shawnee desk. I was turn away, then one staff looked my information up. The apartment chandelier has spiderwebs and needs dusting. Also no mirrors in bedrooms. Maybe one full size mirror should be added in the apartment. Also no sheets available for sofabed. Owner should add alittle glamour.

I liked that it was like a home! The area was quiet, we had a great time spending time together as a family.

I had to throw out garbage that was left on the front steps when we arrived.

Everything I had a party for my daughter she turn 11 years old and we had a blast I can’t wait to go back soon

The only thing the hot water tank is only a 50 gallon tank so you can run hot water to much cause if it gos out you have to wait 45 mins to get hot water again

The one bedroom suite was beautiful. It was clean and comfortable. I was surprised how big the rooms were. And the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.

The exterior needed work. The bushes were overgrown, they needed to be trimmed. And the porch was covered with leaves that had been there a while.

I absolutely love coming here it’s so nice and relaxing. I always have a great stay. The villas are nice and spacious and, I love the screened in porch. This place just gives me peace.

Needs a little bit of remodeling but, it’s still doable.

I liked the villa, the location was the best. The surroundings of the villas were pleasant. The pool was decent. The grounds were clean

The beds were not comfortable and it baffled me to see the kitchen sink facing the dining room area. The rugs were dirty and table was scratched up

Hard to tell what you are booking via photographs, but this booking was a winner. It met our expectations and beyond. A home away from home. Enough comfortable space to comfortably fit my family of 8. Unbeknownst to us we were located on the edge of a golf course that my husband could walk to. My husband loves golfing and it was a wonderful surprise to have it so near. The accommodations were clean, up to date. It was just great. Thanks booking!! I would love to hear from you when this booking is available again around Holidays and 2022 summer.

The arcade and the indoor pool were faves of the 2 kids, boy 11 and girl 9. The accommodations were very comfy and clean,, and a tv in every room.

It was a 10 minute ride from the main lodge where swimming, food, etc were.

Loved that the staff helped me do a surprise. The did not really get all the details correct but the spirit was there.

I did not agree that 8 ppl could have stayed in our villa. We had 4 adults and we used all the beds. One bed was supposed to be king and it was queen. Also the television in my bedroom did not have CNN. The only channel I watch.
