Great place to stay every thing was perfect from house keeper Ebony was fantastic overall just great .

At first was put in smelly and noisy alarm beeping then moved us to a better room after that every thing was fantastic.

Pool was great,close to everything..clean comfy. We loved the fireplace. The young man at desk was so friendly

Has on website they have breakfast but it was a fruit cup n granola bar in a bag. I know we are in the time of covid but should put it on website

Room is clean and quiet. Services are friendly. Swimming pool is good.

1. Breakfast is good, but if add some fresh fruits be better. 2. Check in add take me $50. But haven’t back to me after checkout some days. My credit card changed now. I think it better back to customers when we checkout.

The room was mostly clean except a little spotty in the bathroom. The tub had some stains.

The space for the breakfast was too small. The eggs were watery and not refilled fast enough. The room was smaller, especially the bathroom, than expected. Especially paying $272 for 1 night I expected better. Bed was uncomfortable and the room next to me I can hear the .t.v. they had on all night. I barely slept. I was exhausted kayaking the next day.. Probably wouldn't be back

had the room with the heart shaped tub for our anniversary. it was pleasant. room was clean. bed was a little uncomfey. clean hotel could use some updating but it was right by the outlets highway camelbeach 5 minutes away. room was big. bigger than most single king bed rooms I have stayed at. staff was very pleasant and helpful!

my key card kept deactivating. DONT PUT UR KEYCARD IN ON UR PHONE OR IN UR WALLET. pool was good but needed more towels.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. Breakfast area was constantly being attended to. and always clean/ stocked.

I really do not have a complaint, the general hallway was a little warm from the pool but the front desk was always quick to correct and try to cool it off.

The breakfast was wonderful everything was fresh, and hot they had batter for you to make your own waffle my daughter really enjoyed making her waffle she love that the waffle had a heart shape in the center with there logo…..perfect location about a minute away from the Poconos premium outlet mall.

All staff was very friendly, and willing to help us on places to visit, the morning breakfast gentleman was exceptionally friendly. Front desk staff outstanding, always so nice, the cleaning woman was very sweet. we shall return thank you all for making our stay so memorable patricia

price, next time i shall book directly with hotel, not an agent well live and learn

The facility was clean, Iris and the gentleman we found at the front desk the second day was also nice. He offered to give me and my husband pics in front of their decorated Christmas tree. I actually liked the pic I took next to the wrapped presents. I loved the fact that we were given a room next to the pool and we also parked the car next to the pool and close proximity to our room. We also liked the fact that they had nice tables with chairs in the hallway where we had dinner the first night and breakfast the second day.

Unfortunately, I did not wake up for breakfast because I was exhausted; but I love the room; it was very spacious, clean and bed and pillows were very comfortable. The price was a bit high but for the comfort, space and cleanliness I will go back again next time I am in the area

I think I could use a trash basket in the bedroom. There is only a small one in the bathroom.
