We came on weekdays so waterpark and hotel were not as packed making the waterpark and lines more enjoyable. Hotel was clean and beautiful as its always been. The new mining area was a good time as well. Can't wait for our next visit with my Littles.

Service at the front desk was poor this time as I have been to this facility about 15 times. They had only 2 people to check line in. Staff could surely smile and be more friendly. The no cash rule was ridiculous..nowhere does it say it is a cashless facility when u book or get there. Have always paid for remainder of my reservation with cash upon arrival and was rude and snippy like well the hole hotel is cashless and I cannot check u in after waiting in line for hour. Like I said prior have been here over a dozen times and this time was by far the worst with the friendliness of staff.

The property was great it was so much to do there…the staff was great the rooms were awesome and we enjoyed the water park

The check in time was horrible we waited almost an hour on line just to check in and the check in time being at 4pm was horrible. so you have to leave your luggage in the car while you go to the water park or sit around with your luggage. The breakfast buffet was absolutely disgusting but the dinner buffet looked really good. We told them we didn’t enjoy the breakfast and they didn’t charge us and instead gave a voucher for Dunkin’ Donuts which is inside of the hotel as well.

The room was beautiful and large. The fireplace was such a treat. Tge kids could swim for hour and hours while sit near by and watch them. But you have to actually watch them. It's not the lifeguards jobs to make sure your child's behavior is in check.

The prices but I'm poor.

The water park passes were included with your stay. And that you could come before check-in to use it. Room was pretty big. I also liked that we didn't have to leave for anything. And there was a lot to do.

Price. Food and arcade were really expensive.

All Staff was very friendly and nice . That place was more then our expectations and that plabe is best for family vacation.

I thought they gonna have gym , spa and some activities for adults but I couldn’t find that .

it says they have a fitness center but when asked to employees, they apparently do not have one. this was a bummer.

Everything its right there you don’t really have to worry about it and the stuff are very kind and they always there ready to help☺️most of all my kids loved it and had a great time

We had a great time at Great wolf. My son had a blast in water park. Staffs were nice too. I would definitely recommend staying to anyone
