We were surprised at how well the walls keep out the sounds. All the staff was awesome and friendly! The grounds were attractive. The parking area has a great deal of spaces. We didn't get to get in the pool, we were too busy. Yes, we would stay again! The breakfast was all right. The outside of the building is almost done being remodeled and it looks great!

Not enough towels and wash clothes. I miss the days when the maids straightened the beds, gave fresh towels and took out the garbage while we were out and about. Guess you have to put a sign out? We stayed three nights. The door has a slight slim open space from the wall. The ironing board pad didn't stay in place while ironing. The bathtub had a slow drain. I think the bathroom should be more modernized. A taller toilet would be great.

Value was good. Excellent breakfast! Good service (we arrived a lot earlier than we thought and they let us check in early at no charge. Most hotels will let you check in a Cpl hrs early at no fee but we were there sometime between 10 and 11 am, so that was definitely a welcoming pleasant surprise!

Other than somewhat small rooms, no complaints about this property. I’ve stayed ALL over Boise/eagle/meridian at probably at least 20 different properties. From other budget hotels (motel 6, quality inn, extended stay) mid range (comfort inn, la Quinta, best western) to the Hilton and Marriott locations. For the price, this is the best property!

The main reason we stayed here is the location, close to the airport as we had an early morning flight out the next day. We also really liked the transportation to the airport on the morning of our flight. They were even early picking us up arriving at 5:15am as we requested a ride at 5:30am.

The only bummer, which wasn't the hotels fault, is we didn't get to take advantage of the breakfast because we had to leave so early. Oh and the lady checking us in that evening must have had a bad day because she was very curt with her conversation and not very friendly.

Very quiet, despite being next to the airport. Hard surface floors in the room (instead of old dirty smelly carpet)!

They charged me a pet fee despite having already paid the fee through Booking.com. Front desk clerk was apologetic but explained that they always charge the pet fee and that booking.com should not have, even after I showed her my receipt from booking.com. I don’t blame the desk clerk (she’s just doing her job), but the lack of clarity and having to pay the fee twice is something that should be worked out between Inn America and Booking.com

Our room was basic but clean. Beds were ok. TV works and we could access NetFlix. The place seemed like the staff work hard to keep the place clean. Breakfast was pretty nice with a wide selection of hotel breakfast fare—better than you would expect for the money. The whole experience was quite good for the money, and I’d stay there again.

The bath arrangement in the separate room only works if you are alone or your partner is rising at the same time. This isn’t something the excellent staff can fix, so just be aware. A couple of issues: There was a crack in the tub indicating an attempt to patch, which was also cracking. The entire tub unit needs to be replaced. Shower head hadnt been cleaned or descaled in awhile it appeared. There weren’t enough breakfast tables on Saturday morning—it was chaos, but the breakfast lady was a champ and did a fantastic job of serving us all.

The beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast is a great bonus. Coffee is great and Hot at all times. The staff was very kind and accommodating, and made me feel at home with my kids and dog.

I stayed here most of this summer and was very disappointed that the large tree was removed from the pool area. I hope there is a new tree or nice shade area for this space soon, and the side doors so they’re accessible when the summer sun is burning up the access panel.

Breakfast was great with a good selection of items. Rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When the TV didn't work right, they came to the room and went through the menu items to ensure it was working properly. Night attendant was cheerful, which was nice in that after a long day of driving I tend to be grumpy. She greeted me with a smile and cheerful attitude which change my outlook for the evening.

Room was very comfortable and quiet. Be aware that all of the King rooms face the highway. We switched to a double room on the backside of the hotel. Breakfast was great with hot and cold choices.

The staff person on duty when we checked in did not welcome us, she just asked us for ID and credit card. She did come to our room ver quickly when we could not get the heat started. King rooms are all on the highway side of the motel.

It's a really clean nice hotel just a few blocks from the Boise Airport and right off the Interstate. Check In was super fast and friendly and the facilities were nice and clean with hot water and tea available in the kitchen area through out the day. The only downside really was that all the restaurants within walking distance were all closed but there are severaal restaurants just the the other side of the freeway a couple of minutes away including Applebees. We found a place called Quinn's just up the road from Applebees and it was excellent.

Nothing really.

They are really trying to step up their game and expanded breakfast options. They have been making needed repairs. The staff seems to be excited about these things, and it shows. I stay here often, and it's good to see the pride they are taking in their facility. They have pet friendly rooms, easy access to freeways, airport, and downtown. I have stayed at several budget friendly options in Boise, and by far, I feel safest here.

The coffee in the rooms still needs improvement 😉
