I love everything about this hotel. I really don’t want to stay at any other. The beds are super comfortable, the pillows are to die for.

The cleaning crew sounded like they were slamming something against the wall about 5-6 times. Not sure if it was vacuuming or what and then tried to come in my room even though I had do not disturb sign on the door. Other than the rude awakening it was great.

Great selection and appetizing. Bathroom amenities were uniquely packaged and easily manipulated. Walk in shower was better than a tub. Air/heat controls were simple and easy.

Because of our schedule, we ate several meals in the room accumulating trash. Towels were not changed out for fresh. Understandable for house keeping on a weekend. Location being with all other brands with sale general area would have been better closer to the event (University).

The location was easy to find. Front office arrival staff: Young man did a great job. Gave us some advice that we appreciated. In the morning the front safe another great job. Explaining breakfast procedures. Maintenance staff were cordial and engaging.

Trying to find ice maker on our floor. Found out it was on first floor near the elevators.

The cleanliness of the public areas was outstanding! Breakfast was well supplied and restocked as needed. Front desk staff modeled excellent customer service.

Our bed was a bit sloped. May be time for a new mattress!

I was impressed by both the facilities and the staff, and I tend to be a bit curious about both. The lobby area is very cool and can accommodate a fairly large group of people; there were baseball players and their families staying at the hotel. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and the big screen television, and the fitness room. The adults enjoyed the fact that the kids were occupied, LOL. The room was clean, the bed is comfortable, there were two firmness levels for the pillows, and there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower for guest use. There was hand soap and body lotion at the vanity sink for guest use. Breakfast was great, and they have an automatic pancake maker. Just wave your hand or press a button and you get hot, fresh pancakes cooked while you wait. I really like this hotel and will more than likely stay here each time I visit Rock Hill. The location is very convenient to shopping, finding something to eat, and accessing the interstate.

Honestly, I did not encounter anything that I didn't like.

wry nice, clean and friendly staff. The continental breakfast was delicious.

The only things that I didn’t like was in the first room we checked into the tv didn’t work. That was taken care of by moving us to a different room with a working tv. The other issue was not being able to control the heat in the room it stayed on 70 the whole time and the heat was air I guess I should have asked about that but I didn’t want to continue to have problems. But over all the room and stay was very nice.

The lack of communication with the booking company and the hotel Changes to my reservation were made in a timely manner and I was STILL WA OVER CHARGED 206$ AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REDOUND YET Needless to say there were several out us in the same situation and we were told to call back Monday when the manager is in .

The property’s was great overall! Very clean! Excellent staff! Great breakfast! Comfy beds!

We were awakened in the middle of the night to screaming from the room next door.

The room was very comfortable and nice

When I booked the room they told me I would have the first floor which I requested the first floor once I arrived they told me I had the third floor but I also had a message saying I would have the first floor.

Clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and great coffee. Staff was so pleasant! Overall great Choice. Will be our new place to stop when heading to Florida.

Nothing we didn’t like. But could have comfort height toilets for people with bad hips!🙂
