The breakfast had a great variety. The beds were super comfy. The front desk staff were very welcoming and polite. The lobby was clean and well stocked. The rooms were quiet even with all the baseball teams there for tournaments.

Nothing that the hotel could have done but the entire 3rd floor smelled of marijuana from getting off the elevator to our room, all weekend. There was no trash can bigger than a shoe box and there was only one in our room, we kept having to go to the trash can at the elevator to throw things away.

Shannon at the front desk was very kind & had excellent customer service. Greeted us from the beginning and had a smile on her face. The girl behind the breakfast bar was very helpful as well. She’s a dedicated hard worker make sure all breakfast items were stocked and customers were taken care of. she managed everything well because it was a lot of people getting breakfast and just her back there. The breakfast was excellent! the room smelled great. The room was very clean except for a few things. The elevators & hallways were clean. We stayed in room 208, the shower was hot & clean. We had no issues requesting for extra pillows, blankets & towels. The rooms are huge, beds comfortable & there is plenty of please to put clothes in drawers and hang up.

We did have a big light blue stain on our bedding, there were dirty spots all over the carpets, our couch had dirty spots as well. And one of the bowls had leftover food stuck to it (the bowl was white and you can see it)

We liked all the features of the hotel Room was very clean very nice. Kings size bed was super comfortable kitchenette was nice to have. Staff was super nice and very friendly the hotel was super nice inside nice place to stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The house keepers where nice you see them on your floor and you need something you ask you got it. Breakfast bar was good.

Good breakfast the first day and clean motel.

The second day of breakfast the guy didn't anticipate how much food would be needed and it took at least 20 minutes for him to get more things out. Several people came down during that time and there were no breakfast sandwiches or egg scrambles ready. People looked frustrated and he seemed ro be hiding so he wouldn't get questioned about it.

property was clean and the breakfast was good. the best part about this place was the staff. everyone was so friendly and came off that they truly enjoyed their job. I actually was going to write a review sooner because the check in lady went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. we were traveling from NY to SC and got in way earlier then expected. She was able to get us checked in early she was just so friendly.

Very nice hotel, breakfast was good with a variety of different sandwiches, indoor pool, lots of seating in the lobby area.

Room floor not cleaned very well, found clothing items (not ours) under bed when turning down the sheets. Pool area was very hot and loud.

Room was clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. Front desk personnel were very helpful.

The breakfast was disappointing. Coffee seemed old...grayish... no milk for the cereal...no Danish. Would have preferred a breakfast sandwich without meat or with something other than sausage.

the staff lied and said my kids put cake all over the room trying to charge my card .. didn’t understand all the complaints not just in my room to other rooms with kids people have kids you shouldn’t be a family friendly hotel if you can’t accommodate for everybody

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection was good. Kids enjoyed the pool!

Bathroom was small and placement of the door was awkward- not much room to move in the bathroom when door was open

I really liked staying at this hotel . It was VERY comfortable, spacious, and the full kitchen was fantastic! The staff here was exceptional! Every single person that I dealt with at the desk went out of their way to help me and with a smile on their face and in their voice. The location was perfect! It is near everything including close access to the highway. From now on , when I come to Rock Hill this is the hotel where I will be staying. Thank you everyone for a wonderful experience and your kindness!
