the room was a great size and updated. it’s nice super clean and lots of updates. I travel for work so it was really nice to be able to come back work for a bit then go downstairs and have one of the best martini I’ve ever had and delicious food at NORMAL pricing. loved the updated showers with never ending hot water and great pressure. slept in a comfy bed with comfy sheets. lots of outlets in the room to charge my devices. cold ac great wifi. breakfast had several hot and cold options. and checkin in and out was quick and easy.

the bathroom shower had been updated but it still had poor lighting. When checking out I needed a receipt for reimbursement (work requires one) and they said they couldn’t give me one with the pricing since I booked through Booking I am traveling almost every other week & never had that issue in other hotels. there has to be a way around this.

Location is excellent and quiet. Close to airport in Charlotte and many restaurants and stores. Accommodations were very comfortable.

We were staying there with our adult son who had his own room and was only staying for 3 nights and we were staying for 4 nights. On our fourth night we had to move to our son’s room because our room had been booked for another guest. So apparently they didn’t tell us the correct rooms in which to be. Other than that everything else was fine.

The Hotel was clean all throughout. The beds felt great. Close to the facility and all the food spots.

They asked for a credit card and didn’t say why or how much you were charged for incidental. At the end of my stay I went to the desk to checkout ask for receipt and since I booked through booking I couldn’t. I was told that booking would handle it. That’s new to me bc I was never turned down for me getting a receipt. So I’m hoping I get my incidental hold released.

Everything was spotless and all the employees went above and beyond to make your stay exceptional! I will definitely be staying here again! I usually stay with Marriott but Holiday Inn was so much nicer, cleaner, and more affordable!

There is absolutely nothing I can complain about or that I think needs improvement!!!

I don’t usually notice the smell on a hotel unless it’s bad. This smelled fresh, nice, kind of like a Disney resort😂. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. I stayed here over 10 years ago, and was pleasant surprised by the excellent condition the hotel is still in. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly and responsive service.

Paid extra for breakfast; however, we thought we were going to get a hot meal (like a buffet type deal or get served) and instead breakfast was given to us pre-prepared in a "to go" container; everything was plastic and paper. We were disappointed, as we were not told this is how it was going to be. However, we understand that there was simply not enough staff to cover for breakfast; so that's really not against the hotel. It is what it is.

breakfast was good and just enough to start the day. the hotel is located in a great location to restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and professional

The hotel charged our card twice for the stay. We understand there was a hold put on the card when we first checked in that included an additional charge for incidentals but when we checked out they charged the card again for the full amount of the stay. When we called about the additional charges they kept giving us the run around and the manager on duty at the time done nothing to resolve it. My husband has stated he does not care to stay at this hotel in the future.

The facility was very clean. The breakfast was good.

I had a difficult time finding the hotel. I went to another hotel to get directions because I didn't have the telephone number for the hotel.

The restaurant could stay open longer, I think people wake up little late and don't mine to pay extract for breakfast

Noisy people in the hallway, the shower didn't have very good water pressure, and our rooms were not close together as requested. I was on the 2nd floor and my brother was on the 3rd floor.
