Easy to get to the from the highway, check in employee was phenomenal . It was late we were tired she had us check in fast and off to our rooms. Breakfast was very good, lots of options. Updated facilities.

The bathroom needed more attention. There was a large gathering of hair from a previous guest on the shower wall, the walls needed wiped down, the floor needed swept and mopped and the corners of the shower needed scrubbed to get the black stuff off. (We has two rooms other than the hair the other bathroom had the same issue).

Your staff was the greatest.. Monique gave exceptional service she was very helpful and happy to do it .. Melinda Foster is a one of a kind jewel .. your stay was amazing .. the facility and staff are top notch..

We would not have changed Nothing at all we were well pleased.. . your staff and property are extremely exemplary excellent.. it was my daughter’s wedding weekend and your staff made everything comfortable and accommodating..

It’s beautiful and very clean. Staff is so nice. Especially the main lady that’s there at check out. She’s wonderful and clearly works really hard. She’d been working 14 days straight without a day off when we got there. I hope she gets a break soon. If we come back to Rockhill we’re staying here!

Not much to dislike. If I had to nitpick I’d say I wish room service had more time to clean the rooms. I wiped down the room once got in, which I do anyway, and there was hair from other people on the sink and in the shower. But thats really it.

Extremely easy on/off of I-77. If you are a Sam's Club member, there is also cheap gas about a half mile further down the road. Bed was one of the best I have slept in when staying in a hotel. Room was very clean. We travel with a service dog (and all dogs, up to two per room are welcome) and they gave us a room right next to the stairs making it quick and easy to walk him. The breakfast was very good (waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage and sausage biscuits, 4 kinds of juice, cereal and yogurt. Only breakfast disappointment was the coffee. Room was quiet. Hotel in a nice area with many restaurants nearby. It was midway between our home in eastern PA and central FL. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Really nothing.

The whole property was amazing minus not having an indoor pool.

What I didn’t like was it was a busy weekend(basketball tournament), I waited in line over an hour to do a check-in (system went down, etc). He made it right by offering us beverages and snacks. & when I finally got to room after 4:15 room wasn’t clean, maid was still cleaning it.

Location, although the entrance is a little narrow to turn in with a boat trailer because of the “island” built into the entrance.easy walk to more than a few restaurants.

Front desk staff was friendly, but I had a hard time understanding her English. The room was nice, not good pillows - all hard. Also no bar soap in bathroom for sink. And two bottles of conditioner - no shampoo.

The property was in a very good location everyone was so kind and helpful, very respectful. Monique was phenomenal. She made sure our stay was the best. Every time she saw us she asked if we needed anything and was everything alright.

The property was perfect. There was nothing I didn’t like.

breakfast was ok- a breakfast staff person was miserable- she “grunted” when asked a question. Items were not filled, a child, not with me, told this staff person the milk was spoiled and she did nothing. Coffee dispensers were empty and there were 3 of them. This lady should not work around the public staying at here.

Breakfast was excellent, The Hotel was very clean, The rooms were very spacious and had every amenity we needed. Very accommodating to traveling with pets. We also enjoyed the Manchester Meadows Park that was a few blocks down for walking trails.

Longer hours for Breakfast. My wife likes to sleep in.

It was comfortable and clean.

The fact that it was 15 minutes from 3pm and the woman wouldn't let you check in until right at 3pm, I've stayed there plenty of times and I've checked in at 2:30pm before. And also breakfast is supposed to end at 10am and I got down at 9:20 and no food left.
