Many thanks for hospitality and kind help to all Balkan Hotel Garni, especially to Stefan and Philip! The whole reception team works just perfect, they were always there to help us with all kind of questions and issues. Few weeks later, when we were back to Belgrade, Stefan arranged a great and spacious family room for whole our family, including cat and dog, and brought us a separate bed for our daughter. Many thanks once once again and all the best from Denis, Daria, Natalie and baby Elsa!

Very good hotel and excelent staff! Huge teras! Breakfast was very good, the cooked food was every day different, a surprise were the fried zuchini, were options also for vegans and raw vegans, each day very testy fresh fruits and vegetables. I enjoyed also the filter coffee, which I did not have for a long time, with fresh backed croissants. Location is great, easy and fast to arrive in city center, very closed to Ada Mall.

The reviews about the smell coming from the bathroom pipes is truth but we fixed this issues with some adhesive tape, blocking all areas from where the smell can come.

Very helpful staff, with friendly and smiling attitudes beginning from Booking messenger communications, receiving a free room upgrade upon check-in, all the way to check out time. The room was spacious, properly heated, all appliances functioning well. Bed was large enough and not too firm or too soft. Location near a busy street with lots of car, tramways, busses and whatnots was well buffered by good quality windows and probably wall insulation. Check out time was still 12 noon and check in was not pushed towards evening time as many other hoteliers are starting to adopt in troves.

I even asked my wife about anything she might complain about, talented as she is in these matters and she could not come up with anything, would you believe it?? Well, parking in the area, as in all of Belgrade is always a challenge, hence my 9 out of 10 total score, but God is not gonna create more ground in that city, hopefully. LOL

The room was bug, the staff is friendly. Near a very good restaurant recommended by the staff and a supermarket. For tranzit it was reaaallly good, clean, big, the smell was so nice. I don't know why some reviews are with score 1. It is really ok. Veeery good breakfast.

Maybe the location..it is a very old building but it didn't matter. If you don't reserve and pay for a parking place in front of the hotel you can't find a parking place very near. We had a reservation so it was ok

Everything was in order: clean room and comfortable bed. The reception was always available, which goes a long way since we made a check-in after midnight.

In the morning I had a problem with faulty AC in the room which made a little flood on the floor of the room and it was quite hot. I am aware it wasn't something that could have been expected earlier so I don't fault the hotel for that. Bad luck happens sometimes.

The receptionist were excellent supportive of every aspect of your trip; from guidimg you, solving problems and spendimg generous time to address any concerns you had. The breakfast was colorful, service very attentive. Ofcourse it is a relatively old building but almost but outside that you didnt miss anything

Parking was limited; but they found a solution.

Comfortable bed, air conditioners working good. Location near the street where you can take the bus and go to the old town. Also Ada beach is nearby, need to walk 15-20 minutes. Very friendly and helpful staff.

No restaurant where to eat lunch/dinner. Also upfloors room’s air conditioner leaked to our balcony.

The location is very good with easy transportation to the center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good with the variety of pastries and fruits.

The smell from the bathroom was really intense especially in the morning.

Reception staff very nice and friendly. House keeping staff as well ,everything what you need you can ask and they can help. Breakfast was ok like in another hotels. Location is very good ( many buses for any places in Belgrade) I have booked for 10 days but I stayed much longer. Very happy with hotel and I will come again.

Parking is little problem like everywhere in Belgrade

The beds are very comfortable, the room is clean and breakfast was very good, fresh and enough.

The hallways are not that well maintained, the parking was a challenge on the street, thou we find some spaces on the side walk.
