Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They entertained every requests made and I am a satisfied customer. Variety of breakfast served you wont regret staying here. The room service also doing a great job cleaning the room on daily basis. I would love to come back here with my family later.

Could have been better if can provide small praying mat for Muslim travellers, and bigger trash bin.

I liked everything - the personal was very friendly and supported me a lot because of my lost luggage; they called and spoke to the lost and found …. The breakfast was brilliant; a variety of different delicious fresh food was offered every day. The service was brilliant. I liked also the very nice and clean pool very mich. The opening hours were perfect for business people. Early or late 20-30 breast swimming was no problem. The district Bugis is perfect for everything. The hotel is very close to the MRT station Bugis. food courts are close by as well as shopping centers @Singapur & Hotel Mercure Singapur Bugis I will come back!

The hotel was very well located for us, near to shopping malls, food courts, and also easy to walk down to the Bay Gardens area. The loft sleeping platform can be a little challenging for less mobile people, but the bed was super comfortable. The air conditionning was very controllable allowing us to keep the room comforable rather than freezing. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of variety. Restaurant meals were good and service was quick. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that we could hear the shower running in the room above us quite clearly late at night, and there was some corridor noise.

The location is perfect, near Bugis MRT and next to two shopping malls with great selection of restaurants. The rooftop pool, gym and rooftop and amazing. I stayed in the signature loft room on top floor, such a cool space and use of space. Bed and mattress were super cozy, shower had good water pressure, good couch for chilling and nice and quiet. Cool views as well of Singapore. The coffee machine in the room was good for an early start.

Not all the new keycards made of wood work with the electrical when you plug it in on arriving to the room, so had to go back to check in to get a new card as when I put the wooden electric card in nothing turned on in the room.

Staff were really accommodating and went out of their way to make my stay most comfortable. Really liked the filtered water tap in the room and the location was just a few minutes walk from bugis street, bugis junction and Haji lane.

Nothing! even when there was a short power shortage on the one off day I stayed, staff were really considerate and tried to make the wait most pleasant, by checking in on guests and offering complimentary handouts

Location was great. Staff helpful. Ryan the bartender was engaging and friendly. He had a great memory remembering our drinks and room number😃

Room was smaller than expected. Nowhere to store suitcases, had to lift onto the bed every time i needed to access anything. Toilet in the room was like an echo chamber.

Location was amazing close to mrt and easy walk to marina bay

All was great breakfast service was busy and cleaning of tables a little slow but nothing to worry about

The room is clean with nice interior design and the hotel is within the vicinity of culinary places

The toilet does not have a bidet or jet shower, making it not a top choice for me as a moslem and Indonesian

Location is good, near to mall and well known hawker center. Walking distance from MRT station, and nearby bus stop makes it very accessible

Room is small but quite standard for Singapore hotels. Not much space for hanging clothes. Will be a squeeze for Westerners.

Staff is fantastic very helpfull always smiling very good breakfest, for all tasts
