The room was wonderful, set up with all the extras you would need. The girl at the reception had so many tips and recommendations, very well explained, and saved us so much time. Breakfast was very good, many options to choose from, and the breakfast lady was constantly refilling the items. We ordered some drinks at reception, and they were done to perfection. They allowed us to leave our luggage both before check in and after check out, so we could enjoy our stay to the fullest. Upon check out the Guy at reception was very happy to give us recommendations to our next location. The service at this hotel is just one of a kind.

The hotel is Super, just difficult to get to the hotel with luggage due to the cobbled road, however it is just 50 meters, and its a small price to pay for being in the center.

this would be totally unsuitable for anyone with mobility questions. Although there is a lift, there is a steep step up to the entrance and more inside. It is also about 50m from the road where a taxi would drop you off. they have also decided, as part of a re-fit, that 'standard' rooms don't need tables. When I asked for one, they found one, which made everything quite cramped, but no table?? hotels in Bratislava are surprisingly expensive. I don't think they are worth it. Taxis from the main station operate a cartel, with official document, insisting that minimum fare (anywhere) is 20 euros. This is outrageous, & the city needs to stop this. Fare to old town from main station should be between 5 and no more than 10 euros.

Nice little hotel in the Old town with a perfect location to explore all interesting sites. Cute yard for breakfast and to relax with a cup of coffee. The hotel staff is very friendly and you can leave your luggage in the hotel after you check out. Around the hotel are a lot of restaurants and pubs where you can find local food and drinks. The hotel is located in a quiet pedestrian street and there is no noise from the main street. The room was small but comfortable and the bathroom was with good space. Breakfast is simple but acceptable.

The pillows are too big and soft but it is a personal preference. The TV programs are mainly Slovak with limited selection of any channels in English. Maybe it would be nice availability of some extended TV programs in English.

Staff very very friendly, great breakfast with added bonus of being able to sit out in a superb little garden courtyard. Good sized bed. Location of hotel in the heart of the old town couldn't have been better. Really nice boutique hotel feel.

Unfortunately what appeared to be a ageing air conditioning system in our room (no. 23) wasn't working and it was 32°C on some days so very hot at night. Staff did try and get repair company in, but to no avail. As an apology provided a fan for 2nd and 3rd night's stay + offered complimentary drinks at bar.

The property has a great location in the Old Town so close to everything you need to see. The room had a generous size and it was spotless all times. The staff were super friendly, professional and attentive, always happy to help and give you recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants around the area. the breakfast area is very nice with views to the garden that I couldn’t enjoy because of the weather conditions. the food was great and with lots of variety. I felt very confortable staying at the hotel and the team make me feel at home.

Very friendy reception staff! High quality breakfast. Very quiet neighbourhood (inside the old town), with a lot of cafeterias, restaurants as well as sweet shops and mini markets. Very easy access by tram or bus. Comfortable room and bathroom, while potable water was available. Very clean room and public spaces and elevator! Luggage room was available for storing our luggage after check out.

Poor and unstable WiFi in our 1st floor room (but very good WiFi in the ground floor). The curtains were not capable of darkening the room during the night. The shampoo and the soap were not replaced every day (and we finally run out). The "double" bed was not double, but it consisted of two merged single beds with single blankets (we asked for double blanket, but such one was not available), not as comfortable as we expected... A mini bar and a small table (which could be used as a small desk) would be a useful equipment.

The location in the Old Town is superb, though be warned that taxis have to drop you off a couple of minutes' walk away. A good buffet breakfast was served in a lovely courtyard. The staff were extremely helpful with matters like storing luggage and calling taxis, and generally made us feel welcome.

There's very little to complain about; I'd definitely return. The Old Town does get a bit busy at night, but there was no rowdiness in the hotel itself.

This hotel is in the best location. Great old city area and close to everything. Easy city to walk. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable but it was too warm and no way to make it less so The breakfast was very good, - home made breads and all. This hotel was nice looking and very clean. The bed was super comfortable but the pillow was way too big. All in all, I highly recommend because of the location and cleanliness of the hotel.

Perfectly located in the heart of old town with all the main sights accessible from the doorstep. The room was comfortably petite and met my needs as I only stayed one night. Decent breakfast with a charming view of the garden. The young lady at the reception was lovely, and I appreciated her food recommendations.

Nothing against the hotel, but the convenient location inevitably brings a bit of street noise as I could hear the jovial nightlife at two in the morning. Perhaps pack earplugs just in case.

This hotel is off a little side street. It has its own private garden and a small bar if you want to stay in. It is centrally located to so many great restaurants. The staff are amazing and always very helpful! We will definitely be back! The rooms were large and immaculate.

Lumpy pillows and we got a deep tub when we thought we were getting a walk in shower. Be sure to request the shower if you need one. Also, a fridge in the room would be nice. There are 5 stairs leading up to the bathroom if that might be an issue for you.
