I had no problem finding the hotel and elevator in the 'passage'. The room with facilities for physically challenged was allocated to me. So it was really big. The bed was comfortable - so was the cover; the linen was clean, the cushion was a bit big. There were a water heater, tea/coffee and cups with spoons in the room, including nice herbal tea, green tea, earl grey, etc. I did not check the mini bar. I took drinking water from the tap. There was a well functioning safe. The bathroom had shampoo/soap at the basin and the shower. All clean and fine. I did not use the TV. The internet connection was excellent. The only issue about the room was that it faced the main pedestrian zone and there were jolly/loud people outside all night until the early morning - especially on Friday night. Many have described this issue. For me the fact was that I heard it as well, but I put the air condition on and closed the dark curtains which buffered off the noise. Then I had no problems falling asleep and slept well - every night. The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of coffee, tea, orange juice, bread, rolls, sausages, incl duck pate, cheese, boiled eggs, yogurt, humus, fruits, cakes, biscuits etc. I cannot imagine anything missing, except may be fried items (eggs, bacon etc). Staff in the breakfast room were very kind and efficient in filling up everything. Staff at the reception were equally nice and helpful with touristic advice. The lunch in the restaurant on the ground floor (separate from the hotel) was really good - some Asian fusion in a big bowl.

On the first day I put the "clean my room" sign out in the morning and returned already at 1pm as my legs got tired from walking around. By then the room service had not done its work - and I occupied the room again. I put the "don't disturb" sign out. Hence the room service did not come that day. The next day I requested at the reception that my room be cleaned/arranged in the mornings - and indeed it was done. So a big THANKS and no complaint.

We are regularly returning to this hotel and we always appreciate the same level of quality. Comfy beds, good and spacious business rooms (economy ones are smaller and less comfortable), good location, late check out possibility.

nothing really to mention. The ratio price/quality depends on the season and it's sometimes difficult to grab a good deal here, hence paying a premium fee for the same service when returning regularly. The central heating may be sometimes challenging to personalize (last time we wound it to be too hot in the room and took us some time to bring the temperature down).

Very large and comfortable room and very quiet, despite overlooking the street outside. Good breakfast. We got a room upgrade and a discount through the booking.com genius scheme, so price was very favourable for the city in general. Location is great and there are plenty of restaurants in the immediate area.

Only small things - there were no powerpoints above the desk or at the sides of the bed and no milk or creamer provided for the coffee/tea in the room.

Great location, in the Old town's pedestrian street and yet you don't need to go far to find public transportation - Centrum tram stop is literally outside the other side of the building. Wasn't able to tell from the room though - it was extremely quiet as my room faced the inner garden (inner roof?). The room is cozy and had all I needed for my stay, the bed was comforable and quite big, the wifi was fast enough to use it with no issues. The lady at the reception was very nice and the location being in the mall gave me a sense of anonymous privacy (the key card entrances to corridors and elevators ensured the sense of security as well!).

Couldn't figure out where to find the list of the channels, how to pair my phone with the TV and whether that was even possible. Wasn't bothered as I did not plan to use the TV anyways, but worth noting if anyone is.

The location is super central with lots of eateries nearby. I had a late flight in and they left my key with the guard there with an envelope explaining everything. The hotel feels super safe with access allowed only with keycards. The room was huge and I really liked the giant pillows! The staff were kind and they showed me to an outlet to recharge my phone just outside reception even though I had checked out his earlier when I went back to pick up my suitcase. Just some advice, I realised I didn't have breakfast booked, which was my oversight, I must have misunderstood the booking somehow so do make sure about this when booking.

It would have been good to have one big mattress rather than two separate ones shoved together of at least a topper to cover both. I couldn't find any outlets near my bed to charge my electronics, which was slightly inconvenient.. There was no chair in front of the console - it felt like there should have been one but it was removed maybe, not sure. No English language channels on TV but I eventually managed to pair my phone to the smart screen.

We got a free upgrade to a bigger room which was very spacious and quite grand. The modern decor, comfortable bed and chairs and lovely bathroom made for a a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It was also well located in the old town and the staff were very helpful.

Being situated in a shopping centre is a bit strange but to clarify, the shopping centre is small and as soon as you enter the main door the lift to reception is beside you. So it is not a big deal, it just means you have to use your key card at night to enter the shopping centre foyer and then use it to get through the door as you exit the lift. so , it all felt safe and secure.

Hotel was the perfect location for the Old Town with Bratislava Castle ,the Danube and The UFO ,all being very close and within easy walking distance. Close to lots of cafes ,bars and eateries. Our upgraded room was very classy - well decorated and maintained. Lots of space and a great bathroom with a good shower and hairdryer. The bed was comfortable and had two separate duvets. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The room itself was nice and warm. Breakfast was available for 10 euros, but we didn’t eat at the hotel. The two ladies on reception were very helpful and arranged a taxi back to the transport hub for our onward trip.

The hotel was not within walking distance from the Flixbus station as we had thought. According to a certain map,it was supposed to be 18 minutes to walk there. It took us nearly an hour to walk with two suitcases ! Would recommend a taxi which was 6 euros returning to the bus station and I believe that there is a red public transport bus that would take you there. It was a bit tricky to find the hotel, but people were very helpful. Don’t let this put you off though. The hotel is in a great location. We stayed for two nights.

Great location and smart rooms in a hotel with character located on one of the town passages in the old town in Bratislava. Nice simple continental breakfast. Friendly staff.

Due to the physical set-up of the hotel (built around an arcade) staff aren't available late at night so might not suit those looking to check-in late; check with the hotel. Whilst there isn't an official restaurant or bar this doesn't matter; you are in the heart of the old town so spoilt for choice.

This place is smack bang in the centre of old town and well within walking distance to Bratislava Castle, the UFO bridge and the bus station. Not to mention all the restaurants and bars you've come here to see. The room itself is immaculate, super comfy beds and modern.

Not much to not like. It's a little sterile and not more than a room if i'm being picky. There's no reception or bar/restaurant of it's own, I believe the restaurant underneath on the ground floor isn't connected but may be wrong.

The location is perfect - in the beginning of the old town. I haven't seen such a big room in Europe's hotels - the room and the shower is huge. The beds are also giant.

The bed was a little bit to soft for me, but this is a very subjective issue. Also there is some strange decision in the shower room - the tap is far short for the sink, but it is not the essential thing.
