The location of the hotel is great, right in the center.

We were disappointed about the quality of the breakfast, we stayed in this hotel few years ago and the standards definitely dropped.

Bratislava is a lovely city and the Radisson Carlton is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is historic and it is located so that one side overlooks one of the main pedestrians thoroughfares (Hviezdoslav Park), which include fountains, sculptures, restaurants, and ice cream shops. Our room was on that side of the building and included sights of St. Martin’s Church, the Castle, the Opera House, St. Michael’s Gate, and more. Bratislava is a very green city, where trees infuse many parts of the old town and outdoor patios are even build around the trees. You can take it all in from your window. The hotel is very elegant, with a large foyer with fresh cut flowers in the center. There was infused water in the lobby for guests, along with apples and menthol candies (which were nice for the weary traveler). The front desk was helpful at locating classic Slovak Restaurants (Flagship and Koliba Kamzík Zelená, we highly recommend both). The Savoy Restaurant is connected to the hotel and it is also where breakfast is served. The Mirror cocktail bar is also part of the hotel (and is listed as one of the top 50 cocktail bars in the world). Interesting historic photographs decorate the walls and adds to its charm. From the hotel you can walk anywhere in the old town as well as the river walk that leads to their huge modern shopping center. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the windows opened for fresh air to lovely green Bratislava. The room had a kettle with tea, instant coffee (regular and decaf were both very good), and hot cocoa. The bathroom had a tub with good water pressure. The polished black tile floors were cool. The breakfast was fantastic - fresh fish, meats, cheeses, breads, eggs. They also had a wonderful fresh blueberry smoothie and along with other juice options they had beetroot juice (its so nice when hotels are unique and have character)!! We will definitely return to Bratislava and to Radisson Blu Carlton.

Prime location in the old town. The building is nice and old style inside and outside. Rooms are big, we had a room that faces the main street, but no noise at all. The breakfast at the Savoy restaurant was excelent. There is a supply of water all day long in the lobby. The staff at checkout was wonderfull.

Beds were not comfertable, mattress very soft and dent in the middle (queen bed) also the pillows, soft and no option for firmer ones. Bathroom should have an option of shower and not only bath which was not an updated one. Towels worn out.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and happy to help. I was made to feel welcome from the moment that I first arrived. The location is wonderful; close to the river, lots of places to eat, and the heart of the Old City. The breakfast at the Savoy Restaurant is excellent and the ambience of the room is very pleasant. I also really liked the large, firm pillow on my bed.

The curtains didn't keep the early morning light out very well and, in high summer, dawn breaks very early!

Great Location Efficient working Lifts Nice breakfast and Room Service although would never arrive hot

my Room 123 was above busy restaurant so 6am when staff start moving chairs and through whole breakfast service I was unable to relax due to noise of sliding chairs on floor would vibrate to my room. also air conditioning didn’t work efficiently despite someone looking at it. I was charged for 2 breakfasts on first morning by I was only one in the room not sure why this was the case

Great location in the heart of Bratislava. A remodeled, nice looking and perfectly clean hotel. Beautiful hotel lobby. Very nice and friendly front desk staff. Early check-in at 1 p.m. with no additional fees. Free upgrade to a Premium Room with View (#615). Nicely designed and perfectly clean big room. Big window/little balcony in my room. Nice city view. Comfortable Queen Bed. Very nice soft pillows and a comforter. Big bathroom with a large bathtub. Very good quality bathroom amenities. Fast Wi-Fi. Very comfortable high quality taxi service to the Vienna Airport for €66.

I wish the bed in my room were bigger (King Size). Also the refrigerator’s size could be bigger.

The hotel is explendid located, right in the city center. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The lobby area and the “MIRROR” bar war amazingly beautiful. The restaurant where you can have the breakfast is quite elegant. All the staff is helpful and cordial. The breakfast is an international one with plenty of healthy choices and very good.

The bed mattress, which tend to sink in the middle . I would rated it better if the mattress was better.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, so you can reach all tourist attractions by foot. The staff at the reception was professional and nice. It was a pleasure talking with them. The room was amazing. It was of a great size and with a lovely bathroom. We had complimentary water, sparkling wine as well as macaroons. And the view was perfect! It was a lovely stay and we will come back as soon as we get a chance.

There is only one point that we didn't enjoy - there is no lift from the parking to the rooms, so it's a bit complicated to get your luggage to the room.

An amazing location - so close to everything and easy walk up to the castle (as long as it's not too hot as it is up hill!). The hotel had spacious rooms, great size bathroom and excellent restaurant and bar. The bar had this amazing cocktail experience and we were entertained by the bar attendants with their explanations of the very unique cocktails. A must if you are either staying at the hotel or visiting Bratislava. Best gym set up in a hotel I've visited in Europe.

Comes highly recommended. Breakfast fantastic and what a variety to suit all tastes. Staff so efficient and approachable and accommodating. Go for it😀👍

The breakfast pack on the last morning as my flight was very early out of Bratislava. I should have given my preference for a lesser breakfast pack, the salad roll was soggy, it was wrapped in tinfoil, not good! No comparison to real breakfast, but thanks to hotel for offering.. Thanks again to receptionalist that saw us off to our taxi, so pleasant, helpful especially the previous day as we were visiting Vienna. She gave us some great insights thank you.
