The Wilson Hotel is lovely. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and answered our questions, helped us with bookings for tours and anything else we asked them. Our room was fabulous, very large and well appointed. They keep the fridge stocked with complimentary cold drinks which was a treat when we came back from touring the city. We had an aperol spritz two days in a row in the courtyard of the hotel which is a lovely sun trap for a cool early spring day. We also ate in their restaurant for dinner one evening. We had asparagus risotto and cheese dumplings with bacon and onions (a Slovak staple recommended by friend with Slovakian ancestry), Both were very good and very filling. The bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was a disappointment. I love having eggs for breakfast but couldn't eat these. They were too dry and too wet at the same time. The bacon was under done each morning. That said, the meats, cheeses and breads were very nice so we focused on those for our meal.

Beautiful historic property, tremendously maintained. We enjoyed the spacious and immaculate Deluxe Suite, w/ perks of Illy espresso machine in the room, and to my greatest delight, a wine cuvinet dispenser immediately outside of our door, and free mini-bar. The certainly know their clientele.😃 A bountiful breakfast buffet with high quality coffee completes the package. And to give credit, where credit is due, the staff, especially Dusan @ reception were all remarkable.

I was surprised and disappointed with a bit of a design flaw that made sleeping uncomfortable. They have great floor to ceiling blackout curtains, yet the flaw is, that that completely envelop the air conditioning unit, essentially covering it like a blanket, that completely restricts any air flow. Hopefully, their team will read this, and respond appropriately for such a fix, for all of their future guests. Fix that, and the property becomes perfect.

The hotel is very well located: the city center and the main train station are at walking distance. The room is very cosy and spacious enough for three people, and the toilet as well is new and modern. The hotel staff is kind and always available to help. One great thing about the hotel is that the minibar is included and they refill it every day - it includes a variety of soda drinks, water and beer. Moreover, on each floor you can find snacks - pretzel and cookies - for free!

Breakfast is varied and has multiple options of savoury and sweet food. Nevertheless, it could be improved in terms of quality and drinks offering. In fact cafeteria/coffee choices are only available from the coffee machine (self-service), and therefore they do not have the best roasting/blending.

A great location on the edge of the old town. The modern rooms are excellent, large and clean with great furniture - big comfy leather couches and chairs and large wooden tables. The newly fitted out bathrooms were lovely. Liked the small touches to make guests even more comfortable such as the complementary drinks and coffee machine. The attached brewery was a great location for dinner - craft beers are very good, the local wines impressive and food tasty. The included breakfast in the same venue was excellent. Staff were very helpful.

It’s the best hotel to stay in Bratislava! Period. The best place to eat in Bratislava is at the ground floor of the hotel. The underground parking is really large and no crowded at all. And the wi fi, I can start a big server with this connection! It’s the first time I watched Netflix in a hotel without any connection issues. Congrats!

A really small thing. I am a really coffee lover and I really appreciate the fact that there is a coffee machine in every room, but the coffe can be improved, even at the breakfast are. Beside of this little small detail, if I’ll find a Loft hotel anywhere, in every country, I promise it will be my first choice.

Everything was excellent. Exceptional design of the LOFT rooms. Attention to the smallest of details. Clean and well-maintained. Staff was kind and friendly. Location is only 7-10 minutes walk from the Old Town of Bratislava. The Beer factory pub downstairs was great as well. We enjoyed that we could get quality beer in glass 1 litre bottles to our room :) The free minibar with daily refill and the coffee machine in the room were added value. Great 50 inch TV in the room.

Staff very professional Very warm welcome, room was beautiful Mini bar included, coffee machine in room We got a small present, 2 glasses of wine to choose from the machine, also very nice small tastings from the restaurant every evening. Breakfast was excellent.

Food in the restaurant in the evening was not my taste, very "heavy" and complicated cooking , trying to re-invent dishes, lack of fresh vegetables and simple taste. A lot of beers .

Very nice room, well designed and clean. We were on the 5th floor so a nice view, and the location is quiet. We reserved a table in the Fabrika pub and the food was good, the service was also good. Breakfast for my family has always been the most important meal of the day, and at the Loft hotel they give you an excellent selection.

Its very hard to find fault, but I would suggest the plates provided for breakfast could be bigger, because we wanted to try a few options but needed to use a few plates which made it look like we were 4 people eating for 10 :)

Great hotel, friendly staff and very comfortable in all areas. The room, the restaurant, the bar - just all very nice. The location was perfect for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The mini bar in the room and the wine bar outside our room was great! The restaurant attached to the hotel was superb too.

We liked everything but if we had one gripe it would be to ask that the tea/coffee get replenished daily rather than having to ask for it.

Rooms were very fancy and nice. Thomas at the front desk was a Gem and helped us a lot on the day we checked in with booking our excursions and tours.

The rest of the staff apart from Thomas were extremely rude. Especially the staff at the breakfast restaurant. Did not help in anyway considering we had a baby with us. No ramp to and from the road to the lobby. With heavy luggage had to use the stairs and no staff to help.
