This little gem of a hotel is hidden in a great location and still manages to be very quiet in the evening. The staff, the location, the breakfast were really great. I was impressed that when a gluten free guest arrived at the hotel, they started carrying gf options for that person at bf. Vegan and lactose free options were provided every day as a basic option, not per request.

No accessibility whatsoever. Steps everywhere, no elevator. Beware if you have any kind of walking or mobility issue, unfortunately this is not your hotel. One thing I personally didn't enjoy was the location of the breakfast, it was in a basement like room with no windows. But the breakfast itself was great, and even the music was great. The only other thing was that the reception is not 24/7 and only ONE key is provided per room. This means that if you are more a group of two or more and need to split up, it can suddenly become logistically very complicated to get home after 11pm. Keep your phone charged...

The location was perfect. The beds were super comfy and our room at the top was spacious and pretty with a sloping roof. The staff were great and were always helpful and welcoming of anything you could ask. There are notices in the corridors asking people to respect “quiet time” between certain hours and so it was lovely and peaceful inside the hotel.

The only thing I did not like was being woken at 6am on the first morning by the sound outside of bottles being tipped from one container to another and then on the next morning what sounded like bins being wheeled around the cobbles. This would not put me off staying here again or recommending it though, I would just aak for a different room.

Breakfast was amazing, every day some new hot dish. I was surprised that in that type of hotel there was such a good, delicious breakfast. Coffee was superb, like in the best restaurant! All in all I like everything about this hotel. It has some special good aura. I highly recommend this hotel for travellers because of excellent location, just in the entrance to old city. Parking for travellers with car! Everything you have for very reasonable price.

That there is no elevator. Was difficult for woman carry all suitcases up the stairs.

The location was great, nice and clean room, even small in size, but perfect for a few days stay, you don't really need anything more... I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the city centre and stay close to all its attractions. I will definitely come again... Friendly staff informing about the possibility of check-in, the limited time when the reception is open, as well as about the possibility of how to proceed in case of late arrival. Before my arrival, I received several informative emails, which were very helpful, and communication was excellent.

The internet wifi connection was a bit weak, otherwise, everything was even better I expected.

The location of the B&B is fantastic - very central and with good connections to trams and buses. The hostess was lovely and we even had an early check-in! The room was extremely clean and it felt like the entire place was recently renovated. The facilities in the room were also good (TV, mini-fridge, coffee options, toiletries...).

We visited Bratislava during a warm spring day and the room got really warm since there was no possibility to open the windows (bolted) and we also didn't have a fan or AC in the room. Our room directly faced the windows of the building in front and we weren't sure if the room's windows were tinted so we kept the blinds closed for privacy.

I liked the fact that it's very near the bus stop from which you can take buses to Vienna's airport. Very convenient. The room was clean and big enough. It had everything I needed. If I need to spend the night in BA, I will definitely try to book again!

There wasn't anything that would stand out. Maybe something to consider: 1.The bathroom smelled a bit - pipes, I guess. 2.There was a list of things you could get from the minibar with reasonable prices, but unfortunately, when I opened it, it was empty. I came to my room late (after 23.00), and the reception was dark, so it seemed there was nobody to ask about it... But it saved me from a midnight snack 😅

Great central location. Lovely and warm. Clean and spacious room. Staff are kind and friendly. Bed very big and comfortable. Large tv. Overall the hotel is fine but could definitely benefit from some renovations to give it a new lease of life.

Good communication before my visit but the airport taxi transfer I booked didn’t show up. Bad smell of the drain in the bathroom. No mirror in the room at all, just one in the bathroom. Very quiet most of the time but noise can be heard from the street with people partying at the weekend. Windows are definitely not soundproof. No elevator if mobility is an issue. Room was clean on entering but housekeeping did very little each day other than replenish toiletries.

Booking process a nightmare - booked 2 rooms, and had to reduce nights from 3 to 2. Lots of mistakes made, and the hotel couldn't/wouldn't correct them, I had to go trough Booking.com customer service each time No lift, and you had to go across the courtyard to your room - ok unless it's pouring with rain - which it was!

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The twin room was spacious, clean, warm (in cold December) and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel location is very central and close to public transportation. We would highly recommend this hotel.

It is a nicely renovated medieval building so it was probably hard to build a lift. However, it can be difficult to walk up the stairs for those who have some mobility issues or carry a heavy suitcase.
