I enjoyed the welcome and service . I enjoyed how cosy it felt . Was easy to navigate once comfortable.

Kettle didn’t work, the TV kept on resetting 10mins into watching something so couldn’t make use of the tv. The beside lamps weren’t working, the one lamp did not have a bulb in.

Location was nearby Road an its easy to shopping

There was no key so each and everything we went out we have to start from reception in order for them to open for us it made us uncomfortable

Good central location. Very clean, good Wi-Fi and love the modern decor. Also, great price for two nights.

When I checked in online, it said check in was from 2 pm but got there and it was in fact from 3 pm, so explored the area for a bit until check in time. Also, my room key card didn't work on the second day and security had to come ope my room for me. Other than that, all good.

Everything beside the noise when we were in the bedroom.

There was a weird nose in the pipes I think it’s when someone used the lift or showered upstairs but the noise was loud we could hear it in our room felt like it was happening right there . I didn’t want to complain because we only spent one night there so I didn’t think it was necessary.

I liked the room, it was very cosy and I liked the facilities.

The only issue I had is that there were no toothpaste and only 1 sachet of coffee, where as there were 2 of us in the room, and also one of the sugar sachets were opened already. Also there was just 1 fork.

You should put telephone in the rooms roe easy communication if someone wants to speak to reception, the watsapp number on key card is not efficient for Cape Town facility

The size, location and comfort were brilliant. The online check in process was a real plus

The fittings in the bathroom were coming loose

Too little pillows and the air-conditioning actually made me sick..and the noise of the plumbing and we had a few noises were some of the other guest knocked on the door and just run away like small children very annoying..but overall a good stay

The location is excellent. Very well located, there is a shopping 🛍️ mall next to the Hotel. You can walk to Waterfall, Boo Kap just to mention some of the taurist attraction.

(Not too in relevant. ) exclusive for us ladies , the mirror 🪞 in the room is very small.

Clean space, nice staff, aesthically pleasing room Room service. Parking provider for us.

The shower was not designed with a door and the water spills all over. No mop provided. Otherwise everything was great.
