The rooms are spacious, linen was clean and kitchen fully equipped. Very comfortable room. Reception staff pleasant, helpful and the check-in process was quite efficient, a rarity.

Great location, room and food! The drinking water is free and the front desk were willing to help with tour information and local information too! How lovely. I had no clue there was no room service but they brought my meals and water up when I asked. I am thankful. The water was hot and the room was cleaned as often as needed. A good place to be alone in your room if you need. Wifi was fast and good, did not interrupt at all, and made me happy. Finally, you and your belongings are safe, whether you are inside or out touring.

Because there was no room service (realised this a day before I left) I felt an off vibe from the staff when I ordered something up. Perhaps they could not tell me sooner and did not like having to bring things up. Secondly, the place also does not come with any free meal and so you pay for everything you eat and drink (except water). And if you pay for anything in cash, ensure to document all payment made to avoid being questioned multiple times about a payment you have already paid for. Thirdly, the walls were thinner than I expected so you can hear the people close to you if they are speaking loudly. Lastly, there was no heating, so the room was cold and the only way to keep warm was to constantly shower with hot water or layer up a lot.

VERY happy with the person who picked us up from airport! What a wonderful welcome! Happy that that service was an option, loved our room, loved the food options, location was perfect for us, most staff members were friendly and engaging and responsive, enjoyed developing a relationship with a few staff members that we saw most days, liked that we could open the window and get fresh air, price was very reasonable, appreciated having the electric tea pot, SO many things were right!

Needed a lamp in the living room area. Had a bad experience with the housekeeper hanging back up used dirty towels that I put on the floor (and specifically told her that they were dirty). And she did not change our sheets after 4/5 days when we asked for new clean sheets. Also, noticed people in the coffee bar sneezing into their hands and not washing their hands and continuing to serve people. Lastly, just not use to paying for coffee at the hotels that I stay at. Or not having wash cloths. Both cultural differences I understand.

What a AMAZING , GREAT , WONDERFUL hotel. We spend a week in this hotel and I CAN'T find anything to complain. The room (studio) was spacious. Everything was absolutely clean. There was a kitchenette in the and the washing machine. Everyday was housekeeping. The whole staff was very helpfull in any case and always very positive. They have a bar and restaurant where you can order fresh breakfast (the menu is à la carte). Food always was hot, fresh, very tasty and prepare for every guest for each order. Good location only 3km from Green Point and just 10mins walk from City Sightseeing Office where you can take the "Big Red Bus" or go for a walk free walking tour. There is a supermarket nearby as well. All pictures from hotel are showing the real and high standard rooms.

We stayed at Urban Oasis Apart Hotel in Cape Town during December and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is located in the Cape Town City Bowl on a quiet street that is protected by security 24 hours a day. There’s also a 24-hour parking facility nearby, though availability isn’t guaranteed. It’s advisable to arrange parking in advance, but we had no issues finding a spot near the hotel on the street during our stay. The staff were incredibly nice, polite, and helpful, making it a pleasure to communicate with them. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and serviced daily. The bed was comfortable, though it felt a little short for my height (1.94m), but I still slept well. The street itself was calm and quiet. The hotel features a bar that operates until midnight, but it wasn’t busy during our visit. While there are some restaurants on the same street, we didn’t dine there. The hotel also has a swimming pool, but it was mostly closed during our stay, so we didn’t get to use it.

I liked everything about the place, in fact when another venue that we had booked turned out to be an absolute disaster, we came back to the Urban Oasis for a further week. The staff were great, especially Victor who occasionally ran the rooftop bar. The food was superb and very well priced. The paid parking was also great in a secure building. One thing to be cautious about in the parking garage, which is multi storey, is that when you leave in the morning and return in the afternoon is to be cautious of the other drivers entering and leaving as they tend to cut the corners.

The only thing that I did not like was the use of macon instead of bacon. Macon just does not do it for me.

Husband and I spent a week here recently. Greeted with smiles and very friendly staff. Luggage was stored securely while we walked into the city until our room was ready. We walked out during the day and ubered back after dark. Located near Parliament it has many locals and business people using the café underneath. A little noice from 6.30 am but what you would expect from a city centre. Rooftop bar and food convenient and very pleasant.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Well equipped apartment. Very clean.. Main bar a great place to hang out and meet different people. Walking distance from many places of interest.

Roof bar and pool was often very crowded and noisy , apparently non residents could use it. No supermarkets close by to easily stock up with provisions .

This is a great spot in the middle of the city. You probably won’t want to walk around at night around here, but we didn’t feel super unsafe when we did, it was just a bit sketchy. However, there’s easy access to all of the city via close bus stops which is very helpful! The rooms here were really nice and spacious, and the staff will clean it every day if you want.

The kitchen wasn’t very well stocked for longer term stays.

The experience staying at Urbsn Oasis was exceptional..it was more than I expected .Everything that you needed was there.. Very nice place to stay.... There was one staff member who went out of her way to help me with my bags..I think her name was Kasefah..(Her anniversary we shared in the same day I was there on the 27 Feb ...She was married 19 years and we celebrated 49 years..Very friendly lady...)The staff in general was nice..But she stood out..Once again a very nice place to stay

The parking on the street...But don't let that take away the enjoyment of staying at the hotel.....There are security Marshall's ...
