Great location, room and food! The drinking water is free and the front desk were willing to help with tour information and local information too! How lovely. I had no clue there was no room service but they brought my meals and water up when I asked. I am thankful. The water was hot and the room was cleaned as often as needed. A good place to be alone in your room if you need. Wifi was fast and good, did not interrupt at all, and made me happy. Finally, you and your belongings are safe, whether you are inside or out touring.

Because there was no room service (realised this a day before I left) I felt an off vibe from the staff when I ordered something up. Perhaps they could not tell me sooner and did not like having to bring things up. Secondly, the place also does not come with any free meal and so you pay for everything you eat and drink (except water). And if you pay for anything in cash, ensure to document all payment made to avoid being questioned multiple times about a payment you have already paid for. Thirdly, the walls were thinner than I expected so you can hear the people close to you if they are speaking loudly. Lastly, there was no heating, so the room was cold and the only way to keep warm was to constantly shower with hot water or layer up a lot.

Fully-equipped kitchen incl. small basics like sponge and dishwashing liquid, kitchen towels, etc. (useful for a short stay), washing machine (cleaning lady kindly offered some detergent for my laundry), nice plates, spacious shower with good water pressure, comfortable bed and pillows, good wifi connection and Netflix. Apart from Uber, I was using public transport- the place is a short 10min walk to long-distance bus station, airport bus and direct bus to Table Mountain cable-car and Camps Bay beach.

My week-long stay at Urban Oasis Aparthotel was truly incredible. The moment I entered the lobby, I was enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The vibrant surrounding neighborhood also offered a plethora of dining options and boutiques within walking distance. Lastly, I must mention the exceptional cleanliness and maintenance of the aparthotel. The lobby, hallways, and common areas were consistently spotless, reflecting the hotel's commitment to hygiene and guest well-being. In conclusion, Urban Oasis Aparthotel exceeded my expectations in every way. With its stylish rooms, attentive staff, breathtaking rooftop oasis, and prime location, it is the perfect choice for those seeking a tranquil and luxurious escape in the heart of the city. Urban Oasis is a great place to stay, particularly if you're planning to be active while you're there, out and about, you won't need anything else. The bar downstairs is quiet but has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, and as a side bonus for any soccer fans, they show most games in there. The breakfast available is also very good and very reasonably priced! The facilities in the rooms are excellent, with a good washing machine and a setup to hang your clothes to dry in the bathroom. There's also a great Italian restaurant across the road!

The location is a liiiiittle bit sketchy, but this is Cape Town, not Lisbon. You would not want to walk around late at night on your own, which is simple common sense really. There is also not much parking space available, so bear that in mind if you are driving.

We really enjoyed staying at Urban Oasis. It felt like a home away from home. The feel of an apartment and the amenities of a hotel were met. We liked the fact that there was a kitchen and a washing machine that was also a dryer. The staff were all very friendly and catered to anything we needed. we actually ended up staying for 2 weeks and really enjoyed the stay. The location is in town and easy to get around to all the attractions of CT. Uber was easy to get and was safe to be picked up and dropped off. The bathroom was super spacious and the cleaning staff were great. We would definately come back again.

Extremely comfortable, very neat, aesthetically pleasing, modern and stylish room. It has all the basics needed to make your stay a comfortable experience. Perfect location and central to many attractions and food places. Ease of booking through Booking.com is a bonus. Easy check in and check out. Excellent stay, and definitely worth the price. Perfect for 2 days and longer as it has a washing machine, fridge/freezer and cooking facilities with all the necessary cookware, crockery and cutlery.

No parking for vehicles and parked outside in road. It was however pleasing that they have full time security guards to guard our transport. No phones in rooms to connect with reception for any needs.

The value for money was first thing that struck me - The location was great and central to the things that mattered to me and central in the city. The spacious rooms and bathrooms were great - the self catering aspect was good if not great, but mostly suitable for my needs. Wifi was strong and reliable and smart tv aspect worked brilliantly for me. I also loved the eatery downstairs and the bar and roof terrace pool. Staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was large and comfy and the room was well cleaned and maintained. The overall vibe, views and energy at this place was superb!

Very little I did not like - I just felt like they could have had one or two other things in the kitchen like a a milk jug etc... The cleaning staff never replaced toiletries unless you asked them. Sometimes the immediate surroundings were very noisy (neither here or there)

The location is good - experienced the least traffic when traveling to Cape Town's hot spots. Uber is very efficient and cheap. The staff are very courteous always smiling. We communicated via WhatsApp when ordering my breakfast which the staff delivered gladly to my room. The bed was very comfortable, high, and BIG! The rain shower was awesome and addictive ... Good variety of food downstairs - the chef prepared me some delicious chicken wings #giftedhands. The pictures are exactly what you get. In my opinion, the apartment i got (Room 9) is perfect for one person but a bit squeezed for two people ..... i would still come again but to the next bigger room ...

The weather .... nastily cold and rainy ....

Location is excellent, right by Parliament and close to a lot of the City that you want to visit without being in the crazy expensive tourist coastline. The room was modern, the bed was big, the bathroom had a beautiful big shower. There is a full kitchenette with stove and fridge. We didn't seem to be affected by loadshedding (maybe I was just lucky or maybe they are so close to the parliamentary precinct there don't get shut off). They also have this very trendy food space downstairs with a bar and 5 different food vendors, so instead of a traditional hotel restaurant, you can pick from a variety of cuisine (I had Thai the one night, then burgers the next (with a healthy breakfast each morning, including chocolate croissant!)

The bed was nice and big, but almost too big for the space. It was great for a solo traveller, but I could see a couple having to carefully maneuver to both fit round the sides of the bed (that said, it is a really small thing, and I really loved the room, the kitchenette and the bathroom). It's also a little noisy due to street noise. Not very bad but it is there. I'm a light sleeper and it didn't stop me, but it was something I noticed.

Stayed for 2 weeks and worked from my room. The staff was amazing and they have great service and nice coffee and food downstairs. The cleaning staff was very helpful too. Pool is small but enough to cool down. Highly recommend the chicken guy downstairs 🐔❤️ He cooks with passion and offers great, hearty meals.

Breakfast is a bit too greasy for my liking. Not many light options. Bed was very hard (and not in the good way) so it wasn't very comfortable. Despite being an aparthotel, tools for cooking were limited so not recommended for longer stays unless you order food and eat out a lot.
