- Location is very good. The Company Garden, Green Market, City Hall, District 6 Museum, City Site Seeing stop, My Citi bus stop, cafes and restaurants are very near. - the bed is very comfy - the water flow in the shower is good - not affected by load shedding - the wifi is fast. I’m working remotely and didn’t have any issues with the wifi. - work station is open 24 hours - free yoga class - do-it-yourself washer and dryer (need to pay R39 per load) - I didn’t use it but the kitchen is big and fully-equipped - the staffs are very friendly and helpful

Not really something I don’t like but I hope they organize more activities/tours to connect the travelers/remote workers.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and flavorful options every morning. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the entire experience even better. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting. I would highly recommend staying here—fantastic service, great food, and an all-around awesome experience!

If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the room temperature control, which could have been a bit easier to adjust.

The room, balcony and location relative to the start of the Cape Town Cycle Tour - 300m - could not possibly be better. The breakfast restaurant down stairs was pretty awesome and the Italian restaurant in the same block (dinner) was fantastic.

The passage carpets on the second floor looked tired maybe even grimy. Our first impression when we arrived was one of shock - how had we got the booking so wrong. Not underground parking? Ancient lifts, unimpressive reception, no breakfast included - was this a rent by the hour establishment? Like Hilbrow in JHB? But 90% of our concerns proved unmercenary and more a product of our own reference points. The cosmopolitan atmosphere that is hard to fake in Jhb comes easier in CT. I will probably stay there again.

Very nice and helpfull staff, helped on every request we had and also gave tips about the town and best day to go to table mountain. Amazing confortable beds and security system for the building entrance with facial recognition. Bakery downstairs have great food at great prices, unfortunally the open hours are not that wide.

Small little improvements would help. Glass between bathroom and bedroom should be something optional. Also no shampoo provided and no water on the minifridge even for purchase. We arrived on a sunday and markets were closed around. Had to go a little far to get water for the day. Nothing of this really had a bad impact on the trip, but would be good info to have before arriving.

The staff was Brilliant‼️TK and Jerome were Great 👌👌👌👌👌and thee 2 Other reception Ladies generally Kind👍👍 Only DOWNFALL was that the air con was Down🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈 as it was Extremely HOT 🥵😵‍💫in the room I stayed in...but the room was Great, clean👌👌👌👌👌 Do wish I had a window view of Table Mountain and not facing looking at the truworths building 👎

The aircon being down... Other downfall was that Breakfast was Extremely limited to cereal and juice Only and croissants Only. No wider variety of full breakfast such as fried or scrambles eggs bacon or nippy sausage etc ... There was a facility display to "buy items available " but I didn't check it out as breakfast site was a put off and I ended up going to McDonald's about 2 min away for breakfast instead

Location was very central to everything like eating places shopping etc. Place was quiet through the night ...ensured a peaceful sleep

Beautiful place with amazing views, the staff is friendly and helpful, big comfortable beds. I love the place and would definitely stay again.

The tv didn’t work even when I changed rooms.

Excellent and very warm staff. Thank you Kundai and Tamika for making our stay so pleasurable. Always welcoming, friendly and ready to go the extra mile when needed. Yolisa our housekeeper was also so helpful and very professional. We appreciated the room upgrade to a queen room with a queen size bed as our host had allocated us a room with 2 x single beds - thank you for the quick room change.

The TV was not working. The door latches are badly installed causing a very disturbing noise when the south easterly blows. We eventually put tissue in between the latch & door frame, and that helped. All the doors on our floor were banging throughout. One of the windows in our room was problematic and kept opening itself at the force of the wind as the seal is worn out and needs replacing. Please can this be attended to.

Superb breakfast included. Absolutely dedicated staff and security personnel. Comfy beds with new linnen and a spacious bathroom. Clean all the way from the pavement to the top floor. Donut shop on the premises ! Heaven.

The closet is so close to the door, that you have to open the door to the room in order to open the closet wide enough to pull out a drawer. Not a big enough issue to dissuade me from returning though. The positives outweigh this minor design oversight by far.

I really wanna talk about my experience, I stayed there for 5 nights then i moved to another hotel from the same company and i didn’t like the other at all! I contacted this property asking them to take me back since it’s the same company and i paid to the other property and they accepted my request! Contacted the reservation department and they accepted also! Phenomenal services and front desk!!! Divine customer support! Absolutely my go to accommodation in cape town from now and on!! Thank you Neighbourgood team!
