Smack in the middle of Cape Town's CBD. If you're looking to experience the urban side of the mother city, then this is the perfect stay. A 1.2KM walk to the CITCC and 2.8KM to the waterfront. Shops, bars, cafeterias and restaurants all around longmarket street so there's lots to do. The establishment also has a rooftop bar with an excellent barman/mixologist, give it a try, you'll not be disappointed.

The surrounding area can be a little bit cleaner but that's not the hotel's fault.

Accommodation and reception.

The breakfast is poor. No Eggs and no hot Milk.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy so get where I needed to be from the hotel. Rooms were very nice, Loved the balcony. Breakfast looked good but I couldn't eat for medical reasons.

On arrival the front door was locked and I felt unsafe for a moment standing in the street before getting someone's attention. Room and bathroom was very small. Not what I expected.

I enjoyed the breakfast very much and the the friendly personell. The room was spacious and kept modern and clean. I unfortuantely couldn't go up to the rooftop restaurant due to an injured ankle.

There is nowwhere to hang towels in the bathroom (hooks) for jackets also ...but thats everwhere in SA!

Bathroom could do with a vent fan

Large room with King size comfy bed. Fantastic value for money. Location close to everything CBD has to offer. Short Uber drive to more touristy spots like the waterfront. Great cafes close by. Netflix available and lovely hot showers. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Drain smell in the hallway after it rained but fine in our room.

We loved everything from the moment the doors opened at reception. Room is perfectly laid out with all you need.

The sliding bathroom door doesn't provide privacy needed 🙈 but we made it work.

The location was perfect for our trip. We could easily get to where we needed to be. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Restaurants and coffee shops nearby was perfect.

My room was much smaller on the 8th floor than my colleagues on the 6th floor. It made me a little depressed but at least I had a balcony which I loved.

Great staff, very friendly, cosy common space and great room. It was my first time in Capetown and this place really made my stay. Staff is very helpful and you will feel at home!

CBD gets a bit dangerous at night sojust use Uber to get around once the night comes

The staff are fantastic, very helpful and kind. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, I like the balcony, you can have a view of the mountains from it. The location is also good, you can get to buy stuff you need without stress.
