The bathroom didn’t have a bar soap to wash hands, the shower gels were the left over ones that the previous guests used and there wasn’t powder soap for the washing machine as promised by the property.

Fewer TV channels, loadshedding, and the address on booking.com will get u lost first time arrival.

The place is a walking distance to Gateway shopping mall which us a bonus. I loved absolutely everything about our apartment. Beds were so comfortable, and we never had to call for cleaning. The ladies were always at our doorstep in the mornings and were respectful when we asked for time to get ready. I was impressed by everything so I would not only recommend this place but I'm surely going to stay there next time I go to Durban!! The security at the gate also deserve props as they are absolute gold, always smiling and ready to help.

The only downside is Load shedding, not their fault, but they should have a backup plan. It was such a shock to my kids to have a black out. Other hotels and apartments we stayed at had backups...

Everything, it was exactly how we expected it to be.

We where not told that the housekeeping is not working on Sunday, we had to go n look for a housekeeper to borrow us at least a mop so we can clean and give fresh towels. And we ddnt know how to use the appliances, it would have been nice on our check in to have sum1 escorting us to our apartments and show us how everything work, house rules and so on, we had to figure out the stuff on our own,other than that we had a beautiful weekend,we will definitely recommend the place even better come back again. Thank you for your hospitality♥️

I liked that it was clean 👌🏾, the appliances - of the best technology, curtains topped it for me. Their kitchen is fully functional, filled with all the necessary utensils, dishwashing liquid and all the necessities for maintaining cleaness.

I didn't like the fact that they don't have bedside carpets. You get off bed and go straight to the cold tile. They use towel hanger/holder for putting extra toilet roll. The actual tissue holder in our apartment was loose and for that type of holder it made it hard to roll the toilet paper because every single time you roll the holder would move and the tissue would end up falling. The balcony is empty. They don't have outdoor furniture.

I chose self catering and quietness and I was fully satisfied

I didn't like the fact that I was only dealing with security guards from arrival to departure. I am used to go and meet the reception at a desk . It feels like they don't wanna talk to the guests and I expressed my feelings to the receptionist,because I went to see her . She explained to me that most their guests want privacy that the reason everything is dealt with the security officers

found a few small cockroaches and there seems to be an ant infestation..esp around the sink and kitchen counter tops.
