Cleanliness,look and feel exactly like the website.

Two of the staff members at reception could do with training in customer care.The rest of the staff were friendly. The cleaning staff should respect privacy and not enter rooms while we are in it,especially if we don't have a sign on the door that requests making up the room.The lemonade was delicious but only available the 1st 2 days of our stay.No welcome hampers as per website and breakfast price could be reduced considering that it isn't a buffet.The beef brisket was amazing! Beach was close by but we were advised by staff on the first night that it isn't safe to walk at anytime of the day.That put a damper on the location as we then ended up driving everywhere.Security responded promptly to noisy neighbours when i complained at 3am.

The Hotel rooms are clean. The Staff is so friendly too. The Restaurant staff have great personalities and the food was good. The parking being underground was a bonus. Having a balcony best thing ever. Also seeing my favourite car dealership (Porsche) near the hotel was a 10/10

The was no bar fridge on my room I think all rooms should have bar fridges. The card system can be a bit irritating to use, especially when you’re using an elevator. It doesn’t read the card sometimes.

Location, cleanliness and sports channels on TV.

The corridor often experienced high noise levels, particularly in the morning. It's not solely the hotel staff's responsibility, as it was caused by guests who were sitting in the corridor, either drinking or working. It would have been helpful if the staff had periodically checked and politely asked them to lower their volume or return to their rooms if they intended to continue making noise.

The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Staff members were friendly and tried their best to assist.

I booked three rooms, each with two single beds.i was amazed when the lady assisting us to check-in gave us one double bed each room.she was not really polite and told me that next time when I book Should choose the beds.i tried to explain that I did and showed her my reservation but she continued to say I didn't. That annoyed me so much. However, she finally gave us what we requested.

Had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Zinhle from housekeeping was absolutely friendly and helpful. The security and admin staff both day and night shifts provided excellent customer service.

The wifi in my room did not work efficiently. The signal drops all the time. I had to keep resetting my phone connection or switch to my data. A mini fridge would be great.

Check out time is great - 11:00 Rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious and decorated beautifully Simphiwe, the bartender, lit up my entire soul with his magnetic personality It’s so quiet in the room, one can barely hear the traffic outside or the other guests The shower was great Buy 1 cocktail, get 1 free for Women’s Month The TV visuals were clear and ordered in a logical way, starting with SABC 1 (it’s the little details…)

Would have been nice to have a room with a balcony I would have liked to have my meal delivered to my room, instead of me having to go downstairs to fetch it. I would have liked milk for my coffee

The Friendly services provide by all your staff. I have stayed at your hotel whenever in KZN (every 2nd /3rd month). Siphwe in your Bar area always takes time to chat and catch up on my daily happenings in KZN.- refreshing to have a staff member taking time out to chat top their patrons.

I would prefer to have a view of the Porsche Dealership on my next booking - love waking up and opening the curtain to see my ambitions before starting my day.

The location is exceptional and the outside view is amazing; the view that struck my attention was Porsche from my room. I would definitely visit. The cleanliness of the hotel is amazing and made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I didn’t have breakfast but next will sure do. But I had coffee😌 thank you so much. I thought I had to pay for it😂 low and behold it was for free. The staff respond fast. There was a time I was stuck in the elevator and they came to the rescue fast. I had a research assignment I was working on with my laptop, the room was comfortable and work suitable.

Nothing really; the lifts were not working but it’s part of life and business; I can’t complain about it. The staff made sure they helped.

Beautiful room. The bed was comfortable. The room and toilet very clean. The television was working wonderfully. The staff very friendly and helpful and go the extra mile. The location was not bad at all close to a great mall. I would definitely recommend this Lodge to anybody. Nice restaurant we enjoyed a delectable supper the Saturday night. Thank you .

The only negative comment I can give is the aircon didn't work and the room was very hot

It was my first time to book at this hotel, would just pass by when going to Gateway mall. It is suitably located at the right area with all the needed facilities around. Lovely staff (reception staff, security, cleaners, bartenders and waiters) were extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel is quiet, very clean and more that anything I loved the room set-up, the furniture, everything well designed. I would really love to come back with my family over school holidays, my kids will love it. Unfortunately couldn't stay for breakfast as I had other commitments on Saturday morning but the place is really beautiful.

We couldn't order room service from the restaurant, we were already in the room and just wanted to eat in and relax.
