I cannot say enough great things about the staff here! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. The team went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. They were incredibly attentive, patient, and truly seemed to care about my needs. What stood out the most was their willingness to help with even the smallest details, always going the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. Whether it was answering my questions, providing guidance, or just offering a friendly conversation, their professionalism and positive attitude made all the difference. Clean rooms. Very delicious breakfast and coffee. Friendly staff. Close to the center of town and the mall. Honestly, this was better than some hotels I've stayed in, including Marriott Hotels. They also have solar panels, which they didn't mention but it is a great bonus.

I couldn't book for my whole stay as they were fully booked. Also, I didn't like how the blinds on one window didn't fully cover the window, leaving a gap.

Clean rooms, and the property, breakfast was okay. And the beds were comfortable

Low pressure of water when taking a shower. No air condition in the rooms. Also the shower you have to struggle to find a balance between the cold and hot water. On room 19 the windows on the bathroom don’t close.

I like the fact that the location of the lodge it's close to everything I liked the fact that they clean your room and make your bed up when you leave for the day.

What I didn't like was the fact that the room didn't have a heater or an electric blanket because the room was very cold What I also didn't like is the fact that it's loadshedding and for an international lodge there is no backup system with regards to electricity.

The Staff made the stay super special. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist knew my name and the booking in was seamless. I was Whatsup the details for the gate within seconds. All the staff smiled and greeted us all the time. The Breakfast was exceptional, and all our needs were met. The Manager was kind, friendly and made us feel at home. Really an asset! Thank you for making our holiday extra special!

Location is good - can easily walk into town. Housekeeping staff were exceptional! Very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and braai area was great.

Ventilation in rooms upstairs not great. But fan helped.

Comfortable lodging provided in the centre of George. Staff are friendly and accommodating. I was once a bit late for breakfast, yet it was still arranged for me. Receptionist and lodge owner were lovely to speak to and kept me good company during my solo morning breakfasts. Room was comfy and pool terrace area looked like an appealing nice place to hang out for a swim or drink. Recommended

Breakfast area was a bit too quiet and lacked a bit of nice background music to brighten the atmosphere. There was a radio in the vicinity, but it wasn't utilised everyday. The 09:30AM breakfast cutoff time was slightly too early for me too.

The staff were awesome, room was great, breakfasts were awesome as well, will definitely be back.
