It's beautiful and comfortable all around, the breakfast was delicious and they had a shuttle to the mall and back, it's clean and safe, the resturant on site is great and does room service too.

One of the cleaning lady left our room with no bed sheets and upended the whole day, we went to the mall and came back at around 15:00 pm and our room was still like that and we waited for some time for her to come fix it and also one of the breakfast ladies was a bit unwelcoming and the part of the bill for tips coming at the end of a supposed buffet breakfast that is paid for already, is a little bit uncomfortable especially when you encounter a bad service. The staff members seems to not work that much as a team and is not nice when you hear them complaining loudly about the other team member's neglected Duties infront of us like we can't hear them.

The hotel has old world charm and the room was well appointed.

Our main problem was that they forgot our breakfast when we left. We specifically ordered packages as we were going on a long drive. Had we known we could have made other arrangements. But they confirmed and then did not deliver. Communication via booking. com was also very slow. We never got that airport pick-up sorted (though that one was on us, it was rather short notice). Still they asked for info we already provided and that waaay after the fact... In general, there was nothing wrong with any staff or anything else but there was also no heart in it.

Customer friendly breakfast: it caters for vegans, etc. I enjoyed the reach choices even within the vegan range. The view is perfect and the glass allows a kaleidoscopic view of the beautiful surroundings: the birds also complemented the Edenic view - it allows one to be in the city with the wild life - how perfect. Oooh, we were chauffeured free of charge within the 5KM radius, what a blessing that was, I mean presidential treatment in the regard.

Breakfast was good but the Haddock was out of stock on both Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. And the final day was a buffet. The fresh fruit and 100% fruit juice was a highlight. The fitness centre / gym was really well equipped, despite being very limited in space. The free shuttle to and back from Sandton City was an absolute blessing. The driver was fantastic and very professional.

The lack of a social space / bar where one good switch off after a long day and relax and watch the football. The only TV in any social space was in an awkward space and of real poor visual quality.

The breakfast could be better the sekection was not like other southern suns with haddock and vegetarian dishes I didn't like the fact that the omlettes were pre cooked and one did not have a choice there were Aldo no pastries like the venues but everything else was super nice top service highly recommended

Friendly staff, complementary transport, mmmmh the beef oxtail 👌 I was assisted by Tau mostly in a wheelchair wow what a kind and humble man. Our driver canceled on us in a last minute but Lerato was so kind to us she organized a transport for us and she made sure we were happy with the price.

We were given two single beds instead of a Queen. Bed🙈🙈 we would like to upgrade to smart tv😜.

location was perfect, the room was quite clean and of course the noise levels were ideal (no noise in fact. The icing on the cake was having access to the gym and it was also clean. I also enjoyed the food, especially breakfast but the meals during supper were superb.

Centrally located and at a very good price. Morning breakfast need to cater for early risers. Overall no complaint and will be the place to stay and recommend.

Breakfast was not set up for early risers. They did however have a a-la-carte menu. My family was not impressed with the menu. The spread which was later provided was good.

The rooms with a bigger space are a bit far from the reception and resturant. I Found this a bit challenging more especially during the night. But overall experience was quite nice

Breakfast was great. Staff courteous and well trained They had a shuttle service to the Sandton areas. which was great They even packed me a lot of food since I missed breakfast on the last day due to early check out.

Restaurant Menu for Dinner was little small .. They had no one at the reception when I checked out. so I had to call for my bill by e mail after retunr to India
