A great breakfast, small but cosy rooms, great view from the restaurant/bar, stuff was very good and they even helped retrieving a lost item of ours, its right beside the Mandela square so actually pretty good for who wants to do some shopping.

Couldn't have access to the pool during the night time, that was the time we where actually at the hotel, and was hard getting the network running in one of the TVs of our rooms, would be cool if we could at least stream from our devices to the TV, there was a conflict between the booking app and another one the hotel uses, so we almost got charged twice.

Let's start with my arrival. I was at the self check in machines when a wonderful lady (I think she was the front office Manager) called Nirushka came to me to introduce herself and welcome me to the hotel. I have stayed there many times and she had seen my name on the guest list so she ensured that my visit was excellent as usual. This hotel never ceases to impress me with wonderful food and service, a prime location and exceptional value for money. I always seem to be allocated a room on the top floor, with amazing views of Sandton. The decor is breathtaking. everything about this boutique hotel is awesome!

I cannot think of anything which needs to be improved

The staff in general were good. The manager however and your policy for cancellation is terrible. I had an emergency flight back home and was told that I could only get a refund if it was a death in the family. Which is quite extreme. I was travelling to Durban and had changed my flight. I had to then give ask my friend who lives in JHB to stay the extra night. please understand that as a hotel, you deal with real human beings. And I understand that means you could have put that room out, however, for any type of emergency your manager should perhaps try and act invested in finding out the full story instead of saying NO. Hire people with empathy... not robots who just want sales.

The location is great with access to Sandton surrounds main attractions. Easily accessible. The staff assisted immediately upon arrival. Super friendly and really made us feel like VIP's. The Hotel is one of a kind with interior out of this world. You have to see it to believe it. We explored the entire hotel from floor to floor. Security is excellent which is really important nowadays. The restaurant was magnificent. Superb service, great food, great location and what a vibe!

A stay-over or weekend visit is enough because the rooms are small. I would not recommend anyone staying for longer because then it will get a bit much. Not much room but sufficient for our needs for our weekend stay.

Breakfast and dinner was cold the first day in the infinity restaurant but after speaking the manager who was very professional, made sure breakfast was on point the next morning, thank you so much.

Bar and food options at the pool was needed. Although the bar was closed on our pool day, the restaurant did entertain our food and drink request and brought our orders poolside and we enjoyed our pool day. Thank you Hotel Sky! Room are suitable for only one or a couple in a relationship. Because Bathrooms walls are semi transparent which gives no privacy in my opinion. I was a solo traveler.

Amazing interior designs , OMG the chandeliers etc , the coffee maker in the passage , the elevator was pretty much very quick preferred to the hotels I’ve been in the world over , amazing staff aat the RESTAURANT 😊.

There wasn’t a tub 🛀, and phone in my room especially the phone thing was a huge turn Off ,I know you say i should download an application blabla and call using my phone but to me that was a lot to do , I always have so much to do with my phone and trying to connect your hotel application honestly shouldn’t be one of them , I’ve been in so many hotels honestly with the nature of my job and even the Very Classy Hotels have landlines 📞, it’s convenient that way

Great location, good breakfast with decent choice of healthy breakfasts. The staff were all amazing, from check in to giving us tips and directions to some areas we requested. Following they even asked if we had come right or needed more help!! Unlimited freshly ground coffee, although you will have to get the coffee from the hallway as its a catering machine stationed on each floor. Very central to most Sandton central places. Was a breeze jogging from and to in the morning Mandela Square and Sandton City are near so you can shop and drop parcels at the reception to collect when going to your room

The luggage carriers turn sideways when they want, probably a maintenance issue but still very usable. The lack of a fridge in the room can be an issue for some people. Also, they dont provide complimentary bottled water in the room. They claim that their tap water has been filtered for drinking. So just beware of these limitations. The gym could have an all round machine as the weight section is quite poor. I was on the 4th floor and if you were laying in bed the internet connectivity became very poor. Also need plugs closer to the bed so you can use your devices while charging.

The omelette was amazing and the variety of food available was amazing, the interior was amazing. The location of the hotel is just at the perfect spot. I also loved how secure and safe the hotel was. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Big up to the house keeping team!!!!!

I think it was a personal think but the app was not user friendly, I couldn`t even use the app to request an Iron lol, but the hotel was amazing. Could also include more channels on the TV.

I had a very good experience at the property. I stayed one night for a conference. The checkin personnel Tebogo and Kwazi were the kindest and most pleasant souls. Tebogo showed great initiative and went out of her way to help me with whatever I needed. Great employees who I hope get promotions soon because it’s not often that you see well mannered employees at hotels these days, so I really appreciated that. The property was not a far walk from the gautrain station and very close walking distance to Sandton convention centre as well

No kettle in the rooms to make my tea , but there is a sleek coffee machine outside the room in the corridor for hot water and great bean to cup coffee.

The restaurants was nice inside the hotel

Firstly no room service, the bedroom aircon is unbearable as it's on top of you and have had to upgrade to a more expensive room. Dissapointed no room service had to go at midnight to the bar at restaurant just to get a bottle of water. Hairdryer lead is way to short and not very user friendly. The coffee machine in lobby was of of milk the very first morning of my stay. There is only 1 tiny bottle of wash that's meant for body and hair and we were 2 people.. I then had to go down in pj's to reception at 6am in the morning to request more.. Overall not a great experience as my first time stay..
