I didn’t like how the employee called SAM treated us in the pool, he was very rude and he scream at us to get out of his pool, I don’t know if he’s the owner of the hotel but he’s very very rude and the treated us very bad. The company às ti do something with this guy

Loved everything about the place the staff n the whole set up

That people who came to the restaurant can also come to the pool area ... Felt somewhat uncomfortable coz if anything can get lost we won't be able to held them accountable coz they will be all gone the next thing. But beside all that i would still come back loved the place ❤️

Nice chic hotel and a wonderful Deluxe apartment. The pool area is exquisite, specially in the morning when it's quiet. The jacuzzi was simply addictive and pool was always so nicely warm. The sitting around the pool is just genius, a truly delight although it's small for the size of the compound so I guess it can get very crowded. Wifi was very solid all over the compound, staff extremely friendly and attentive. Love the bed, tv, kitchen, everything inside the apartment was perfect. Walking distance to Sandton City mall. Definitely a place to visit back

The smell of things people smoke in common areas is a major turn off for me. I don't enjoy loud music in the pool, but that was only weekend evenings. Gym is kind of abandoned. I would suggest more veggie options for the nice Restaurant

Location. Rooms were clean and functional

1. Common staircases were dirty. Stains and dust not cleaned throughout our entire 2 nights stay. 2. Rubbish left in bins for more than 12 hours (block b) stairwell near parking area.

The room was spacious and impeccably neat, meeting all our needs with ease. Daily servicing ensured everything remained in top condition. The open layout of the hotel added to the overall sense of relaxation, creating a welcoming and airy atmosphere that we truly appreciated.

While the hotel had many positives, it lacked soundproofing, leading to constant disturbances from other guests, which management seemed aware of but did not address. The advertised gym facility was disappointingly absent, reflecting a lack of priority from management. Additionally, breakfast was a frustrating experience—slow, confusing, and the unusual policy of charging extra above a certain amount was off-putting, especially when breakfast was supposed to be included.

Great location and reception staff helpful and consciencious. Room is spacious and great value for money.

Aircon didnt seem to work well and there was no hot water

Everything was perfect expect that the is cold water most of the time Gyser seems not to work in the morning and late evening

The layout and the location. Beneficial to get a room on the ground level and to park car right by your window. It was easy to pack our luggage instead of taking the long walk to reception.

The constant noise at night between 10 pm to 2 pm

We stayed in the Beach Suite and really enjoyed the layout. There is a common space but each of the two bedrooms are well appointed and spacious. There is a beautiful garden with hot tub adjacent to the common area (and accessible from the bedrooms). We loved the seating area but didn't use the hot tub. I am glad we stayed in the suite area because the main pool area was very loud and our room as set aside from that. We selected the option of breakfast and dinner included from their restaurant and had a generous allowance for breakfast and dinner. I can't remember the breakfast allowance but the dinner one was 900 rand which also covered wine that we had ordered. The food from the restaurant was great.

There were some very minor, nitpicky cleanliness/maintenance issues but nothing that impacted our stay. I would stay here again. FYI, allow yourself extra time on checkout because we had to wait at reception until someone could verify the condition we were leaving the room in so they could decide to charge the security deposit or not. I've never encountered this before.

Nice social scene and area

Their shower drainage does not work properly, so the water dammed up in the shower and overflow to the floor, so I could not take a longer shower.
