The location is great. Quiet. Beautiful balconies - I was happy just to sit there.

The staff are horrible. On the struggle of checking in, the staff literally watched me struggle with luggage up the stairs without even raising a finger to help. The receptionist was not even bothered. Very indifferent!

The Receptionists were the best with great assistance and every day checking to know our well-being at the facility, they were of great help in terms of directions to visit the city and what to do in the city, where to go and which Malls to visit. This was really good especially to us new travelers into the country

The air conditioner was not working well in the bedroom, so the room was quite cold/chilly. Also, the Duve cover was not quite warm enough, you would feel cold, so maybe the establishment get warmer Duve will appreciate for our next visit

The services is the best I’ve ever received and I’ve gone to a few hotel apartments. The rooms where large and very clean, the balcony was also large very comfortable beds and made us feel like a home away from home

Uhm it would be nice if there was Netflix,YouTube etc proper streaming channels. On the tv it only had a few DSTV channels

The place is clean, quiet, and in a safe area. It’s close to the Gautrain station and to a lot of shops/restaurants.

We did not have an iron in our room, therefore we had to call the reception to ask for it every time we needed it.

Some days they didn't provide teas, soap and lotions etc. Don't do thorough cleaning

Loved the space, rooms were spacious. Beds were big. Staff were super helpful and ready to assist in any way possible. Location was convenient.

TV channels are limited. Consider adding other channels/apps. Cutlery and pots were limited.

The toilets need scrubbing( bicarbonate soda, vinegar and sunlight liquid) will get rid of those toilet stains. No ways they are disgusting

aircons in the bedrooms don’t give out enough hot air. as a result they are on but yet still cold. The living rooms are very cold in winter as there is no air conditioning. consider putting air con in the living room. Reception need to inform guests upon check in about the blankets that you need to hire out and find a way to include the rental fee when you check in as guests don’t always carry our cash.

The rooms were big, clean and the environment quiet.

The property was very economical with room amenities provided. Very few cutlery, not enough soap or towels. I guess it’s self catering and you are expected to provide for yourself.

The room was spacious and confortable for a long stay

When i had to check out earlier than the date i booked to, the hotel didnt offer any refund event at less that what i paid for
