We felt extremely comfortable and safe. The staff were so friendly and one of the doormen actually remembers us from our last trip 12 months ago. It's a home away from home and just love staying here. We had breakfast included this time which was really amazing. We were there for just over 2 weeks and again the staff were friendly, remembers our coffee orders after the second day and we loved the food options.

Lerato at the reception was very helpful and friendly. She is great Chris should learn from Lerato to be more helpful and positive.

Breakfast can be really improved. The service isn't great there and very minimal choices. Small issue with the electric board which was fixed immediately. The toilets could have Handheld Toilet Bidet sprayer. For Muslims traveling this is very important.

I went with my daughter for a mom and daughter weekend. Very clean, spacious and quiet. Location brilliant for lazy mum who cannot keep up with the young ones shopping energy, very safe for a young lady to wonder around the Nelson Mandela/Sandton Mall. Lots of food places to enjoy and exceptionally accessible. Highly recommended for a family outing, comfortable and gave me the peace of mind I needed for a relaxing gate away

A good place to stay especially if you are traveling with family. A very spacious apartment, with everything you need to spend a few days. Well located. Good service by South African standards. The staff was very kind to respond to our request for a late check out.

Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work well and we were not able to adjust it.

very poor cleaning, as during our stay in the main bedroom we found a The piece of men's underwear behind the closet that didn't belong to me probably belonged to the guest who left the hotel. To get to the breakfast location you have to walk a long way as it is in another neighboring hotel.

We asked them to arrange a cap and they did , unfortunately we didnt have change so the driver stop us into an Atm when my husbend go inside and working on the ATM 2 guys came and distract him and they steel his bank card later on they took 40000 Rand !! I need the taxi company name ! And beware plz who ever want to rent a cap must have full detail and have enough cash !!!

They have still not refunded me one night. It was approved from Booking.com and agreed with front desk. On checkout they were unable to refund my credit card and requited I share a picture front and back of it. I refused due to security and fraud reasons. To date they have still not paid and now asking for a letter from my bank confirming I am the account holder before paying. This is absurd and still on going.

Location was good. Staff were always accommodating and the breakfast was good as well.

The only issue we had was that we could not use the jacuzzi as it was not cleaned. There were even champagne tops on the ledge from the previous guest as well as sand at the bottom of the pool. This was not great especially during the season that we are living in.

Just a one minute walk to Nelson Mandela Square and a few minutes to all the facilities of Sandton City. The free valet parking

One night the aircon was kaput. But efficiently and fully repaired the next morning as soon as we reported the issue.
