The room was great, comfortable and well provided. I did not manage to get around to breakfast, but dinner was always perfect. The guest services (room service, laundry etc.) are also faultless. As for the location, even for myself (having to walk with a stick and stopping frequently) it was perfect for my needs. Easy access to the Sandton Mall, shops and banks, plus the bonus of similarly easy access to Mandela Square and the various restaurant choices there. I will be back next year........

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a great experience. From the comfortable room to the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast, every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff at the hotel deserves special commendation. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The hotel offered a fantastic breakfast spread with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The location of the hotel is a shopper's dream come true. The mere five-minute walk through a private bridge to the shopping mall couldn't have been more convenient.

The Hotel Location is EXCELLENT, very central in JNB, and being a tall building, has a wonderful view . The hotel has direct internal access to the Stanton mall with its multitude of shops. Although South Africa is currently experiencing "Load Shedding", (Regular, scheduled power cuts), the Hotel generators immediately worked within seconds.

The Breakfast menu had lots of options, However, the breakfast area was insufficient for the number of rooms/ guests, Since the hot breakfast is only a-la-carte (Included in the breakfast coast), it can take time to arrive, specially at peak times. I loved the complementary transport from Airport to Hotel, but was disappointed that we had to pay the transport from Hotel back to Airport. Unfortunately the Air-condition in only my room (My family & i had 3 rooms in total) was working, but didn't cool the room sufficiently.

The breakfast was not so great the omelette o had was dry and tinier than the one I had from your Hyde Park sister hotel the button for room service didn’t work on the in-room phone. I literally dialed it and it would just ring I’d have to dial concierge to get transferred. My room wasn’t turned down after my spa date with my sister in the evening. With the price and location I would expect such service. Croissants and pastries tasted moldy and were hard seemed very old. Fruit plate was very disappointing.overall stay was good.

Great hotel. Location excellent, being attached to Sandton Mall with all its shops and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff who allowed us to check in early and leave late at the end of the week. We really enjoyed the breakfasts which included a very good a la carte menu as well as buffet. The breakfast service was always top class in very pleasant surroundings including an outside terrace. The servicing of the room was excellent, in contrast to most hotels we have stayed in recently, where we have generally seen omissions in this area. (So we noticed the difference!) We enjoyed both swimming pools, one being located in the "Towers" part of the hotel connected by an enclosed pedestrian bridge. One evening meal was enjoyed in their "atrium" restaurant and again the service, surroundings and food were faultless. South Africa is currently suffering from a shortage of electrical supply which is being managed by "load shedding". The hotel, and indeed the entire Mall, have their own generated power so we suffered no inconvenience whatsoever.

We did not require room service BUT, if we had, a proper printed menu would have been pleasant to use rather than a QR code. Maybe this is the future of hotels generally. I hope not.

I was only staying the one night, as a layover, so I sadly missed my breakfast because I got up too late. But normally its a lekker breakfast. The lady who checked me in gave me a complementary later check-out, but sometimes I wish they could reevaluate how they do this.

Late check-outs, albeit very good and complementary, I believe, space and other customers to room ratio accountable, if one is to check in later, say 5pm, then check-out should be similar as 3-4pm, so people like me, who are on a late night flight can use the room longer. And with the incomers who are later, would be assigned my room and so forth. Just a suggestion, that would be better service and more beneficial.

The breakfast was very good, and also the staff were very accommodating as on the last day of my stay, I was delayed with checking out, and they had nearly finished with breakfast and clearing things, but they still managed to find me a good cooked breakfast, mushi, many thanks. I would suggest they provide Bovril for the toast. Many thanks

Checking Out times, although they do let you store your bags, but if your room is not required for sometime, or at all, and if you have a late night flight that day of check-out, they should try and accommodate you to stay longer, especially when you have had a late check-in.

We got excellent service from a waiter during breakfast. Nkosi was super friendly and made us feel very special and welcomed. His happy demeanor was very addictive. On arrival the lady at reception, I cannot remember her name was very efficient and professional. She arranged a birthday complimentary for me thT made my stay extra special. The rooms were clean and very impressed with the bathrooms. We will definitely come back....thanks to your lovely staff.

Room service takes too long....

Very Nice Hotel and Facilities everything in close proximity to everywhere. We attended the Solar Show at Sandton Convention centre and in the evening attended a pre-solar show cocktail party at Sandton Sun Sky Restaurant. All were super close and we loved that when we arrived we parked the car and could walk everywhere we had to be because everything is in walking distance great place.

The room service food really great compliments to the chef the room service staff could get better our food arrived at 2 different times even though we ordered it together so while one was eating the other was watching and they forgot the beer we ordered.
