Breakfast was good with adequate variety. The staff were mostly pleasant and attentive.

There was some repairs being done close to my room about 11am in the morning, so had to endure continous hammering. Also the room cleaners should be more quiet along the corridors when cleaning. My balcony chairs, tables and floor, outside my room was dirty, so I had to ask for their cleaning, this however was promptly done after my request .

The hotel is in Mandela Square vicinity. Great,helpful and charming staff members with eager to assist at all times. Smooth checking and checking out, no stress. The lounge is perfect for business meetings and matchmaking. Great food at the restaurant!

None, although the massage place close at 19h00 of which I think it should close at 21h00 at least to accommodate late travelers to receive therapy or treatment after a long day.

The hotel is located within the shopping mall and it makes the shops easy to access and it was easy for our business partners to come to the square for meetings

The facilities have not changed for several years and some of the things in the room don’t function properly anymore.

The breakfast was alright. The hot one took a bit of time to come out. Location is excellent. Rooms are cleaned frequently during the day. The porters are excellent and very friendly.

The noise, they were work men outside of our room from the first day. We couldn't even enjoy the patio or open our curtains due to privacy. If one pay for breakfast why is there an extra charge if they want it in the room?

I had confirmed via text chat my arrival flight and departing flight information (we required late check out for a late flight)...the morning of departure we received a call asking us to relocate to another room, so we did and the desk had the boldness to ask me to pay a R1000 late check out fee after the inconvenience of changing rooms...in addition the room was booked with "minibar" as a feature, I requested certain items, and upon checkout I was charged for the items we consumed in the minibar. I have stayed in many many hotels around the world and when minibar is listed under inclusions it means it is paid for as part of the room. The front desk was very apologetic for the room inconvenience with big smiles while asking for additional charges.

Very nice hotel, amazing location, comfortable room, very nice and helpful staff.

Unlike the hotel, the staff at the restaurant were very unpleasant, they even refused to serve us our beverages while all the other guests were getting theirs. A lot of excuses and several minutes later, we left with no drinks. To be honest it looked like they were playing with us to test our patience, they clearly were having fun being mean.

Breakfast was good and staff very friendly. Location is excellent. just a few steps to Nelson Mandella Square and to all the shopping mall of Sandton City. The valet parking for the car is just amazing. No cost for the parking and the valet service, and the staff was prompt and efficient.

my shower was hot only for 30 seconds and then would go freezing cold so had to keep switching the shower off

The hospitality fro. Staff, when you request for a service its done within the shortest time possible, staffs attitude is good, its a quiet place, I felt secure.

Lack of balcony in the room. One can't enjoy the view from the hotel. Though food is well prepared, there is lack of variety

The staff were great and the room was very comfortable with all the creature comforts. The shower was terrific 👌

The only issue with the rooms is that they are not that soundproof. The house keepers keep slamming doors while they are cleaning the rooms. Instead of simply keeping the door open to the room that they are cleaning, they open and slam the door closed 20 times, which is annoying.
