Thank you Breakfast was great every morning. The location was a bonus as we only had to travel 4 km to the rugby grounds and it is nice and central walking distance from Rob Ferreira and the Pick n Pay shopping center. The staff was super friendly even the ladies that clean the rooms

In room 104 the toilet made a noise if the water pressure was getting to high and the bed was not very comfortable but my husband and I both had back operations and prefer a harder mattress, I think the mattress will be fine for other people

I booked a rooms for 6 people in total,I was very impressed with the arrangements done to cater for us.The property was very clean , the stuff is very friendly. Hotel247@ White River , booked our game drive , which was great, we had packed breakfast ready for my entire family of 6 by the time we had to leave early morning.All in all I would definitely give 10/10 for everything.

We definitely recommend Hotel 247 for people requiring an overnight stay at reasonable rates in White River - and in fact we were very well looked after, allowed an early bag drop and late check out while our car was repaired - and staff were very friendly and helpful. Booking.com facilitated all of this for us, got us a discount - and breakfast included Thanks to all.

Ideally a lift but we managed baggage up one flight of stairs. Hot water a bit slow - but came in the end!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was lovely.

The fire alarm kept going off everytime we took a shower because it was triggered by the steam. There are no door tags for when you do not want to be disturbed. Housekeeping kept opening our door unannounced.

The breakfast was awesome, also the view outside in garden was lovely. There were a big variety of food to choose from. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Please improve the Wi-Fi to the rooms, we stayed in 111, there were no Wi-Fi in the room and the cellphone signal in the area was not great so internet (Wi-Fi) will be a plus to have.

Place was well situated, the staff members very friendly. Breakfast was very well served and great. Will defiantly book again next time i'm in Nelspruit. Will recommend anyone to go well price and beautiful place to stay.

TV channels only catered for soccer but no rugby. Warm water took extremely long to get hot. Wasted a lot of water. Closet is too small. Kettle did not switch off automatically.
