We loved the location, the scenery, sounds of birds and it's peaceful nature. Thanks to Innocent for his warm welcome at the reception and accommodating our requests. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Henry the waiter was effective and efficient in his work.

The walls in the bathroom were dirty especially around the shower area. Even the bathroom and toilet doors needed cleaning. There was a constant smell in the toilet which can be managed through toilet detergents.

Staff were nice and welcoming. It is a very beautiful place the garden well maintained and dining hall large and clean. Comfortable beds.

Our breakfast was nice but they didn't cater for vegan and vegetarian. My daughter who stays in the area joined us for breakfast and paid for it she is a vegan as well. She joined us again the following day for breakfast and paid R200 more than the previous day and it was same food we had first day. That's the only thing I didn't like..

Brenda the staff was Nr1,she's a lovely lady she's handful and helpfull,funny and makes you comfortable in anyway....I loved my standard room it was more like luxury room not to mention the family standard room since we've booked 2 rooms as friends, everything was super, all the kitchen staff was welcoming but Brenda is my Nr1....if I had more money I'm definitely sure I would have given her more just to say thanks

1- Tiles are not grouted they sharp edges 2- The waist shower drain is not in the position 3- the Ant 🐜 are all over the room 4- At the Sliding Door veranda no hands rails asides to prevent movement access to another rooms No privacy. 5- the fridge is too small 6- their TVs are SABC’s model needs to be upgraded and Chanel’s. 7- In the rooms there is no Iron.

The location was perfect, central to places of attractions, and the facility it's self was marvelous.

I didn't like the breakfast, 3 days eating the same thing, no variety what so ever, personally, I hate beans, and they served that for 3 days, no alternative....when we ordered burgers for supper, we were told there were no patties, therefore forced to order pizza, which we didn't like..........and also something could be done with the flooring in the room we had booked(not sure if its the same in other rooms), there are no tiles or mat, it's just cement on the floor

The rooms are quite outdated, especially the bathroom. Towel rails and shower are not in a good state. A full bathroom update would go a long way in making the place feel more comfortable

It's a nice resort. My son enjoyed the pool.

The food at resort needs serious attention, 1st night they had boiled chicken OMW, that smell put me off their food, we skipped the 2night because I was so scared to eat there. Breakfast was just okay, I've been to lots of resort and this by far was terrible. The bathroom needs a urgent upgrade.

The staff (Reception, maintenance, restaurant, security, housekeeping) is great, they see to requests quickly from pre booking till after check in. The place is great and big, able to accommodate a huge group over Christmas.

Felt the restaurant staff got overwhelmed Chrismas eve and on Christmas. Maybe see to get more staff in on those busy days?

The place looks beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are clean and open. The staff is very friendly and pleasant.

We had forgotten a toothpaste and had to go to the mall to get one I think such institutes should always stock these small essentials. There was a lot of mosquitos in the room suggest a mosquito repellent or nets.

The tranquility of the area. Peaceful no noise, just you and nature. The sunrise was amazing. This place comes highly recommended and anyone who's planning to visit white river and the Kruger national park please use this facility- you won't be sorry

People coming to breakfast in their pj's. Late arrivals making a racket by banging doors and whatever else woke us from a good night's sleep.
